Dr. Rob and his staff at Ponderosa smiles are top-notch! The front desk staff is always super friendly and helpful. Dr. Rob has a kind and gentle mannerism and excellent skill and knowledge. His hygienists and dental assistants Our great. Lexi did a great job with my cleaning. Dr. Rob made It a simple and painless process To get my first crown to treat a tooth that had been giving me problems that went unaddressed by prior dentists for years. I cannot recommend Ponderosa Smiles highly enough

AMAZING! I’ve long been insecure about my smile. I’ve always had questions and issues with the work I’ve gotten from previous dentists and they were disregarded. It resulted in me needing some work done. I got braces and then had Dr. Rob Lyons restore (add artificial tooth material to make them longer) about 8 teeth. He was patient, answered all my annoying questions and did a great job - the rest of the team is great too. Good vibez all around. Here’s a before and after. I’m as confident as ever - thanks Rob!

I've been a patient at Ponderosa Smiles for almost five years, and in that time, the entire staff has gone above and beyond to make sure I have a great experience at the dentist. Dr. Rob is wonderful. He is patient and takes the time to explain any procedures that need to be done. He also isn’t quick to drill, but knows when a tooth needs to be filled. My hygienist, Izabel, is an absolute pro. I wish I could get my teeth cleaned monthly just to spend time with her! Then there is receptionist, Jamie. She is such a kind and sweet person. I am sad that I will have to leave Ponderosa Smiles, as I am moving out of the area. I love this office so much that I just might come back for my dental appointments! If you’re in need of a dentist, I highly recommend Ponderosa Smiles.

Everyone is so sweet and kind here! They do a great job of making everyone feel welcomed at the office. Highly recommend Dr Lyons for anyone who is nervous to go to the dentist. They are amazing!

I am a relatively new patient at Ponderosa Smiles and I have had a very good experience! The hygienists are thorough without causing pain which I have experienced at other dentists, so things started out great. Dr Lyons is very nice, communicates well and is exceptionally skilled. He gets right down to business and gets you in and out as quickly as possible. He has the technology to make crowns in the office so I came in, had one crown removed, had the issue underneath fixed and the new crown put on AND it fits perfectly …all under 2 hours… no pain and a perfect result! The receptionist is also professional and thorough and helped me communicate with my insurance to clarify a question they had!! If you’re looking for a new dental office, I think you should give this a try!!! I have been treated exceptionally well and am very satisfied!
