I can't say enough good things about Dr. Jans! From the moment I walked into the office, I felt at ease. The staff is incredibly friendly and professional, and the office is clean and welcoming. Dr. Jans is not only highly skilled but also takes the time to explain every procedure in detail, ensuring that I was comfortable and informed throughout the entire process. My treatment was painless and efficient, and the results are fantastic. I've finally found a dentist I trust completely. Highly recommend Dr. Jans to anyone looking for top-notch dental care!

I highly recommend Plainfield Family Dental and Dr. Jans for the whole family. They are very thorough and knowledgeable but also sensitive to any shortcomings the patient has in their dental care helping them learn how to do better rather than making them feel bad. They are great with my daughter and helped me finally get to the bottom of an issue she was having after talking to 2 other offices about the issue. There is also a cute waiting area for kids. I especially love that Dr. Jans is passionate about saving the teeth you have rather than doing extra dental work like some dental chains recommend. This was a big draw when bringing my mother to a new clinic.

I’ve been going to this practice for a very long time and I have to say the service, professionalism and most importantly the bedside manner is 10 stars! From Mary at the front desk, to McKenzie the Oral Hygienist and last but not least Dr. Rebecca Jans?All 3 females are absolutely kind, gracious and good?Trust me, if you have to go to the Dentist anyway?THIS Dentist is THE BEST around?

Dr. Jans is the best of the best!! I've been going to her for years and I would never go anywhere else. The staff is amazing and welcoming and Dr. Jans does beautiful work while also having the kindest bedside manner. Can't recommend this office enough!
