Absolutely amazing! The best care, two convenient locations and quick visits! Phamily is an absolute pleasure and makes vists fun and quick for my kids. We will absolutely continue care for many years with all 4 kids as needs change!!

They have always managed to fit us in when we have an issue, quick to answer any questions, very friendly, love the atmosphere and decor and they help us out all the time when we needed a note for school and forgot by just emailing it over. This is the Apple of orthodontic care! They are that cool. Such amazing care from the doctors, assistants, and staff to the gorgeous office interior design, customer perks and details, and overall care(!), I can’t rave enough about this practice! This place is so friendly, inviting, and caring! My 9 year old was recommended for an orthodontist due to lots of crowding. I went to two consultations with other practices and Phamily stood out by far. She has dental fears and anxieties and has always been comforted here. She was not rushed or pushed through any scary moments and that means a lot! I was able to hold her hand if needed during every visit. She just got her braces off and she is so much more confident now. Thanks Phamily for all you do! I felt like Phamily here. :) I highly recommend!

Dr. Hill and his staff are amazing. They have gone above and beyond our expectations! Professionalism at its finest while still treating us like family. I have one 13 yr old daughter who just finished with braces and her smile is BEAUTIFUL!! We love the results! Dr. Hill provided outstanding treatment and superb communication every step of the way. Dr. Hill not only corrected but created incredible life changing results for her. My daughter and I love his perfectionist mentality and gentle caring spirit. The team is great with sending reminders and working around schedules to make appointments that work for us. They're always so friendly and personable when we show up. Highly recommend! I have four children each with very different personalities and anxieties. We have worked with both Dr. Parnes and Dr. Hill and they are definitely the team you want working with your children. Two of my children are now out of braces and their teeth are absolutely gorgeous! The quality of care is terrific, the pricing is fair and competitive and I would absolutely recommend them. The staff in the office are equally as impressive. We are always greeted by name and they are always highly professional and efficient.
