Periodontics Implant Dentistry: Tom Fuji DDS - Tomoyasu Fuji

First let me say I'd give Dr. Fuji 5 stars and the girls at the front desk 1 star. The one girl was SO rude to me on the phone, now when I call to try to schedule an appointment they just put me right on hold! I guess Dr. Fuji is okay with losing a patient over their rudeness! I'll move on to a new doctor. He is such a great doctor and put my fears at ease immediately! So sad I need a new periodontist. Why call the office to just be put on hold and ignored again? Dr. Fuji and his staff are some of the most welcoming, friendly, and polite people I have ever met. From the day I made an appointment for my daughter consultation to the day of her surgery. No matter how many questions I had, they answered without making me feel like I was a bother. The day of the surgery, I knew my daughter was nervous and was gonna cry, and she did bu5 Dr. Fuji and his assistant reassured her that everything was going to be okay and be over before, she knew it. Needless to say the surgery was a complete success. My daughter's recovery was remarkable. She had no pain or any soreness the next. I could have sent her to school because she woke the next morning with no swelling or soreness. She followed the instructions that was given to her and myself by Dr. Fuji and is healing great. I never thought about changing my dentist who I had for 20 years, who I thought was a great dentist but im starting to consider Dr. Fuji as my dentist...lol Thank you Dr. Fuji and staff for an awesome first time experience.

AMAZINGGGG is all I can say . I had to get an extraction that I been putting off since a kid. I was terrified when I sat in his chair . Dr.Fuji and staff made sure my experience was nothing like I imagined. They were very gentle, pleasant and quick ! They made sure I understood all post op instructions and use of medication to help me through my healing process. I highly recommend and I’m very grateful for the good service.

Wonderful and inviting patient services. Everything was explained to me and my comfort was important. Dr. Fugi and Donna were patient and took their time. Best of all-very little discomfort! I would recommend to anyone needing oral surgery!

Everyone in this office was EXCEPTIONALLY- kind, courteous, patient! I was anxious- normal...but they gave me everything I needed to feel relaxed and taken care of! Even seeing me before my scheduled visit when I was in pain. This space is a safe and comfortable one!!
