Perfect Dental – Taunton

I have not been to the dentist in years. They were great. They were kind and worked with me. I was so nervous and they were just great getting me to relax. Can't wait to get my smile back.

Absolutely terrible customer service. I was scheduled for 4:45 and was waiting till nearly 6pm till they could get me in, I understand they could be busy, but they are very uncaring, unprofessional wasting other peoples time. I said something to the front desk and said there is nothing they can do about it and I just have to wait my turn for a SCHEDULED appointment I made weeks ago. As soon as i went in, one of the ladies working there was being very disrespectful, talking bad about how other people look in Spanish. I didn't want to cause a scene so I didn't say anything but one of the ladies went on to even talk about myself, stating I was wearing too much makeup and i look like a clown. it's very unprofessional and disrespectful these people feel it is ok for them to be SO rude to other people including myself just because they feel like it. I do not recommend this place, as the customer service is TERRIBLE, had me waiting for an hour for my appointment. These people dont show any sort of empathy, as they wasted my time for my appointment I made weeks ago.

The dentist was awesome! I don’t recall his name but he was very gentle and kind. The assistant on the other hand did a terrible job cleaning my teeth and the most brutal teeth flossing.

Terrible customer service, bait and switch with orthodontic pricing, was quoted $4800 just to be told the day of "oops sorry we gave you masshealth contract price but now want to charge you $6600 because you have a different insurance." They claim they didn't know my son has insurance but billed the correct insurance for visits in July and October yet tell me he had masshealth limited at the time of the consult and knew it would be all out of pocket for us. Once they finally got my son into the chair, whatever unqualified and untrained person they assigned to work on him asked how his braces were....he was supposed to be having them put on today so we said he didn't have any yet, she proceeded to check his chart in the computer and said, "ok so you're here for a consult today right?"....Nope again, he was there to have braces put on. This place is a joke, they don't care about customer service, providing proper quotes, honoring the quotes they give, or their patients. Perfect dental is a poorly run, money hungry production mill who can't even be bothered to review charts properly and fail to see anything wrong with the unethical practices so I will be moving the continued orthodontic care elsewhere.

I had to get my wisdom teeth reevaluated because the doctor who gave me a dental surgeon referral 2 months ago left the practice. I waited 45 minutes in the waiting room and patient room, got moved to a new room, for the doctor to come in look at my 2-3 month old x-rays, quickly look at my teeth, and give me a new referral. Understand the procedures but waste of time.
