The office is good for routine dental work. It's somewhat run-down, and the staff's kindness and expertise varies. I went in for a cleaning and requested direct bonding for some chipped teeth, particularly my front tooth which isn't even with the other tooth, from a car accident. I was told to come back the next day, which I did. Dr. J (who isn’t listed on the website) performed some extra work on other teeth, which was unexpected and nice. He seemed rushed and wasn’t gentle with the tools even though I was flinching. He left the office for 15 minutes during the procedure to work on someone else. The main reason I returned was to fix the uneven and rough front tooth, which was our discussion the previous day. Dr. J only addressed a tiny chip on that tooth, leaving the front tooth still uneven and rough feeling. When I asked him to fix the uneven tooth, he claimed he didn’t have the “special bonding” - but had used the same technique on other teeth that visit. He couldn't' explain why he couldn't do that, so the "special bonding" that he claimed he "didn't have" seemed like a cop-out. The direct bonding is what I always have done previously on that tooth and what he did for the exact same reason with the other teeth he had just done. It seemed like he just gave up without explanation. He seemed either unwilling or incapable of doing it. He literally did the same thing on the bottom teeth! He didn't listen to my needs before doing permanent work. He was frazzled, rushed, and visibly fatigued. I’m disappointed, especially as a new patient. I won’t be going back to him specifically. He seems like a nice person, but I will go to another dentist there who hopefully has better communication skills and the expertise needed for quality dental work and professionalism expected from most.

Dr. Jerry is the worst doctor you can imagine to have. He did for me 2 anesthesia for 2 different teeth, and waited 1-2 min and started drilling my tooth while it did not have time to become numb. After I said it’s still not numb and I feel it and it hurts, he started to give another third anesthesia without even asking me or waiting for my tooth to get numb. I had bad reactions after 3 anesthesias and could not walk for at least 2 hours and my body was shaking from huge amount anesthesia. He did not ask if I’m ok with so many shots and just keep doing anestehsia. He saw my body shaking in the dentist seat the whole time and did not ask me anything or did not even say anything after he finished the fillings. He just left the room without “bye” or anything. Did not ask how I feel, just a robot who gives shots and shots of anesthesia and saves his time for another patients. He was in a rush to do both teeth in 10 minutes and he did it. The rudest and the least professional doctor.

The Staff here is wonderful. The office is so Clean and Bright. I had a 24 hour turn around for a cleaning and temp crown that my insurance approved they took me right away. My dentist took the time to explain next steps, my pains, just great -10 out of 10.

Review of My Experience at the Dental Clinic 1. Long Waiting Times Almost every time I arrived at the scheduled appointment, I had to wait 30-50 minutes before the doctor saw me. This repeated delay was frustrating and unprofessional. 2. Poor Quality Work on Crown Installation After getting a crown installed, it fell off just four days later. I had to rearrange my schedule, make another trip to the clinic, and go through the process again. 3. Unsafe and Careless Treatment During my last visit, I did not feel safe when the doctor was working in my mouth. After a previous appointment, I was left with injuries on my palate and gums, which made me hesitant to trust the care I received. 4. Unexpected Additional Costs When I came to get my crown, I was already in the chair and had received anesthesia when the staff offered a $500 crown, saying that the one covered by my insurance was of poor quality. It was unexpected and felt inappropriate to present this option after the injection, leaving me little choice but to agree. They even suggested a payment plan while I was still in the chair. This information should have been communicated earlier, especially since I had waited 30 minutes in the corridor beforehand with no mention of it. 5. Unpleasant Cleaning Procedure The teeth cleaning felt outdated, as if it was done with tools from 10 years ago. Additionally, they didn’t even cover me to protect from dust, which was uncomfortable and unpleasant. 6. Lack of Follow-up and Poor Communication I expressed my need to get an implant, and they promised to help and find everything necessary for the procedure. However, after I sent a follow-up email with the relevant information, I never received any response. It felt like they simply ignored my request. 7. Overall Experience My experience with this clinic left me feeling more like a refugee than a valued client. The lack of professionalism, communication, and care has convinced me that I will not be returning for their services. I strongly recommend asking detailed questions in advance if you plan to visit this clinic to avoid similar experiences.

Front desk staff is very nice and welcoming. Quickest dental cleaning I’ve ever had (probably 7 minutes??). Was told I need a self pay antibiotic by the dental hygienist and then the doctor came and in said I don’t need it? Hygienist and doctor never introduced themselves and did not listen well (kept interrupting). Quite unprofessional. Dental office isn’t well kept. Probably decent if you’re on a budget but not worth the risk if you can afford better because it was an overall sketchy experience.
