I followed this practice to 2 NE locations and it would he the last time coming back! Horrible front desk attitude and insurance verification process is terrible. It was a rush cleaning, literally was 21 minutes and medical assistant didn’t inform me my children were done and ready to be checked out SMH. As always they tried to up-sale me again on elective procedures/recommendation like a car salesman. The practice policy of parents not allowed in rooms with there children is ridiculous! What if a tech or provider does something or an emergent issues arise, parents should be welcomed. My kids said they were a little rough this time like they were rushing. Practice went completely down, broken iPads on the wall and visually unclean walls with black stains in the waiting room.

This place would be great with decent staff. They act like parents are a burden and they don't want to do their jobs you can tell by the way they speak and their attitudes. My biggest concern is when they take children in the back without a parent. They were well aware my daughter has seizures. They took her in the back alone, which I don't like but she really needed to be seen. I waited well over a hr and a half. For them to come into the waiting room to get me. I walk back with them as they are telling me my daughter is having issues with staying still and she's scared. We make it to the room, my daughter is laying down on the chair with one tech. Holding her arms, one tech Holding her ankles another Holding her head while the dentist is in her mouth as she's freaking out. Meanwhile she was trying to tell them she could feel the pain from the work being done and that she was terrified. As an adult I would loose it if that were me with people Holding me down from every angle while in pain. Never again will I take my kids here. Parents please do not allow them to take your baby without you present. Only time you shouldn't be in the room is for xrays. Other than that protect you child don't listen to the sob story of why you can't be present.

Reception is polite and welcoming. The service provided is quick and efficient. They also take their time to explain in detail next steps, and assist with other outside appointments if need. Highly recommend. Satisfied Mom

I like this dentist office because of the cleanliness and the professionalism of the staff. The dentist’s are great with servicing the children. This office is kid friendly. My only issue is with the information getting updated in the system and both offices on the same page. Overall my kids told me they enjoy the experience.

My experience today here was awful. Today finally is the appointment of my son for first time since we waiting for three months and when I called this morning to know if I can get there early they told me in a rude voice that my child is not in the system and he don’t have appointment. I’m discussed with the lady that I’m sure my son have appointment I have email and texts that I receive to reminder the appointment of today. She said the name of my son is not there. I’m talking with other person again and request in Spanish language and she says in English “I’m speak Spanish and your son don’t have appointment”. Ok I’m finish the call feeling disappointed about this place and their staff. My son have autism and lost his appointment but I can made an appointment in a better place that treat the people with good manners and not exclude my special needs children. This place lost three patients because my oldest children not going there no more. Is sad that the people on customer service not have manners.
