My dentist appointment was with Dr. Graves and I was treated by Dr. Little who did a great job. They did not take my dental insurance and when making the appointment I was advices payment is due at the appointment. They did 2 crowns and 1 filling. They also did a cleaning which could have not lastet more than 10 minutes. It was startet by the hygienist and finished by a dental technician. My crown and filling was placed also by a technician. I understand that they want to free up the dentist to see more patients and make more money however I payed almost $ 5000 I expected a little more time from the dentist devoted to me. The cleaning cost $ 400!! I request my X-rays and was promised they would be emailed to me which was not the case. I called and was assured they would email me the x-rays so far I did not receive they. I will go to the dental office on Monday morning and will address that issue and wait there until I have my x-rays. Also when you come into a dental office and the door mat (on the inside) looks like it has not been cleaned for 4 weeks it makes you wonder. When I pay $400 for a dental cleaning I expect a immaculate place.
