When I arrived at the office the staff was nice friendly and informative. The dental assistants were kind and compassionate. Dr parshin is very knowledgeable and has a great bed side manner. Had a great experience at Dr. Parshin Dental office on Richmond Hill Road. The staff is excellent and so friendly. The dentist are great. I didn’t feel anything no discomfort that you would sometimes feel when you go to a dentist. It was a five star experience.

Dr. Alex Parshin Is an excellent and experienced doctor. I have not visited a dentist in over 6 years due to poor experiences with dentists in the passed. Dr Parshin changed my mind entirely about dental work. I had a complicated dental procedure that I was nervous about due to years of no dental maintenance. Dr Parshin took his time and procedure went flawless. I would 100% recommend his dental practice to everyone.

Absolutely the BEST DENTIST on Staten Island!! From the moment you walk in until the moment you leave, the service is truly 5-star. The staff and doctors are incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. It's the only place where they actually pick up the phone, and you’re seen at your appointment time without any waiting. The doctors know what they’re doing, and the staff is exceptionally sweet and welcoming.
