Orthodontic Associates on Hefner

As an adult having spent a lifetime feeling self conscious and hiding my smile, i was very nervous to start my orthodontic journey. I can honestly say I don’t think my experience could’ve been better! I was treated with dignity and respect and the doctors and staff were always informative and encouraging as i progressed in treatment. Everyone was kind and professional and always addressed questions and concerns. Don’t be intimidated by the time investment because the results show very quickly and motivate you to keep going! I love my new smile and will forever be grateful to everyone at OA!

I had my braces done here in 2014 had them on for 3 YEARS almost 4 my CROSSBITE was NEVER fixed ONCE THEY REMOVED MY BRACES I STILL HAD A CROSSBITE THEY LEFT ME WITH I ALWAYS HAD DIFFERENT DOCTORS EVERY APPOINTMENT TELLING ME THERE ALL DIFF OPINIONS it was a mess. i has an extra tooth in the midline of my mouth they told me to remove it and they would close my gaps and fix my bite i felt like the only thing they were ever focus on was just closeing the gap were the tooth was removed and not so much the alignment and bite of my teeth now im alil older and my crossbite has only gotten WORST i was also told by them i was still young and my jaw was still developing so not much they could do.

Communication from the team is great and all the dentists treat their patients with excellent bedside manner. Extremely happy with my results and the process it took to get them.

I went in for a free consultation and I was very impressed with how they handled everything during the appointment. They were quick to take me in right on time to do a digital 3D scan and x-rays, and they clearly explained everything they were doing with the different tools and devices. I didn’t have to wait long to be seen by the doctor and treatment coordinator after that. They both were very personal and friendly. The doctor took the time to examine my teeth, ask questions about me, and show me the 3D scans they took. He explained different things about my teeth and whenever I looked confused, they made sure to answer the questions I had without making me feel rushed. I appreciate how they had next action steps for me, and they said they’ll do a follow up call in about a week to check in with me. They helped me feel welcome and like they were there to help me achieve my goals in a way that made me comfortable. I’m sure I will continue to have a great experience with them going forward!

The office/location was easy to find. The team was very friendly and organized. The doctors along with their assistants made you feel at ease with their knowledge making your smile to look its best for many years to come.

Nice and clean space. The staff is super friendly and they are assisting all my needs with excellent care. My teeth are in the best health as well as making my smile straight and beautiful. I am 38 years old so this has been a long time coming. Thank you for your kindness and compassion while providing the best service I have ever received
