Terrible, if not the worst experience. No professionalism AT ALL. Dr. Alicea won’t take accountability for any of his mistakes knowing it is affecting the patients health. I had an infection after getting my wisdom teeth pulled and he had nothing to say about it except “flush food out of your mouth.” The doctors and staff are very rude, would not recommend at all… wish i could leave 0 stars.

Dr. Alicea did the wisdom tooth removal for one of my sons and the permanent teeth removal for another of my sons. He did an excellent job and we had zero complications post surgery. I would like to brag on Carlos, his assistant, as he made both of my boys feel extremely comfortable and they were very nervous about the procedure. He chatted with them during our initial consult building a rapport with them so when they came in for their surgery they were familiar with him and more relaxed. I appreciate the care and concern given to my kids during what they perceived as a scary situation. Thanks so much Carlos and Dr. Alicea!

I’m leaving this review of one star because I can’t leave 0. My daughter got her wisdom teeth taken out here by doctor Alicea. I came with my daughter as a concerned mother because my daughter was in so much pain 30 days after her wisdom tooth surgery. She had gone three times before dude to having uncomfortable feeling in her mouth and excruciating pain. They had only washed her out while her cheek was the side of a tennis ball 30 days after. She had a crazy infection with puss stuck in her cheek. We went somewhere after Alicea bc they didn’t even prescribe antibiotics. my daughter could no longer handle the pain so we went to a 24 hour surgeon and got her cheek drained of puss. Dr. Alicea couldn’t do this? We went to get answers from him and pretty much blamed my daughter for not cleaning the wound when she had gone so many times prior to see care from him. While I was talking he told me as a mother to “leave my emotions out and let’s look at the facts” he did not let me speak. Very rude and I would never ever recommend any of the orafacial dental chains because my daughter even went to a different location where she was misdiagnosed (told she had a hematoma 30 days after surgery don’t know how that’s possible) by Dr. shake. This chain of dentist only care about the money.
