Open Door Family Medical Center- Sleepy Hollow

The receptionist here are always incredibly RUDE. I’ve never had a pleasant experience with the front staff. The parking situation is horrible, if you have an appointment you have to get there about 30 mins earlier just to find parking. And then the staff has the nerve to give you attitude for running late when they are the ones taking up all the parking spots. There’s no need to be rude :( Also they didn’t realize I spoke Spanish and were speaking about me in Spanish right in front of me. Plain unprofessional.

I have been a patient at Open Door about 10 years. A great place to train young aspiring doctors. They give tirelessly with an abundance of patience and a hunger to learn. Hats off to the Doctors, Nurses and Staff of Open Door.

My experience at open door today was generally amazing. The doctor made me feel very comfortable very secure about my health. The women by the name Maria was an amazing individual, great help for all my concerns and needs. The atmosphere overall in this office is amazing!

Unprofessional dentist was singing in my face through the entire procedure. I wish I was joking, but I’m not. I came in for a simple chip in my back tooth. She did my filling incorrectly and the office billed me for something I did not ask for or approve of. Sharp pieces of the filling material are still cutting my cheek and the filling area is still sensitive nearly 2 weeks later. I filed a complaint with my insurance company. Furious and not returning, nor will I pay for a service I did not approve of. Will get this fixed elsewhere.
