Customer Reviews
Was referred there by our son's ortho to get some teeth extracted. Here's why we are glad we made a change to Harbour Pointe Oral instead: 1) Insisted on anesthesia for a 10yr old. They outsource their anesthesiology to a 3rd party and were not part of the consultation. Why would put our child "under" if it wasn't absolutely necessary? 2) Scheduling, they were booked out about 2 months out which is fine but they only do surgeries in their Smokey Point Location. Not the most convenient for us but also not why I'm leaving a poor review, just something to consider. 3) Due to them being booked out so far we asked for another referral and our ortho gave us one to HP Oral. They were night and day better from the moment we walked in! They do all their surgeries in-house and gave us an option for non-anesthesia. 4) We requested OM3 to send the 3d imagery we paid for to HP Oral and they originally said NP. However, after a couple weeks I had to follow up only to find out they needed me to sign a medical release of records. Before I went I called to make sure they would have the thumb-drive ready for me but the lady said, sorry after you sign the release it goes to their records custodian who would then need up to 5 business days to process and release! WHAT?! The only positive is she offered to send the release electronically. After 6 business days I got a call from HP saying they still haven't received the files/images so I had to call OM3 back. The assured me they sent the records via FAX the same day I signed the release...come to find out they faxed over the chart notes! Sweet, super helpful and not what was requested them to send. Needless to say, I would not recommend OM3 and would say go anywhere else. HP oral said they wouldn't have made us do the 3d imagery and that the xrays from our ortho was sufficient but since we already got it done they might as well have them for records.
They will overcharge and the office staff I had to deal with are rude and screwed up billing and then sent it to collections even though we paid and they sent us our money back via check.... then said we owed that same amount!? Not I have to fight with the collection agency. Argh!
This was hands down the best dental experience I have had. As someone who is absolutely terrified of dentists, I was full of anxiety. But the doctor was super straight forward and honest. He gave his opinion but didn’t make that what had to happen. Everyone in the building was wonderful, caring and really friendly. Doctor Brady was awesome. They worked me in on a full day and I am so appreciative. Anything else I need bet I will go here hands down.
I strongly recommend this place! I was referred from my local dentist office to go to OM3 to get my wisdom teeth removed. I remember my fiance had his wisdom teeth removed by them as well and he was very satisfied. I am extremely happy with their services and their customer service. I had my procedure done at the Everett office. I had an issue with my insurance, as my insurance company decided to postpone my eligibility until mid-May. The women at the front desk accommodated fo the change right away and were my advocates in front of the insurance company. They have called the insurance multiple times to make sure I would receive my benefits. Thank you to McKenzie, Sonia and the rest of the front desk staff. My doctor was Benjamin Noblitt. During my first visit, he made sure to explain everything to me, regarding procedures and type of anesthetic I would receive. Since I'm terrified of the IV sedation, I went with the local anesthetic. In the surgery room, Kaylee took very good care of me in helping me relieve my anxiety. As someone who is terrified of needles, she made sure I didn't see any of them. The whole process was fast and to be honest pretty painless. After I got home, a few hours later I received a call from the doctor to check on my recovery. I am thankful to the whole Everett team for their kindness and professionalism.
Went it for a very complex situation which will require lots of time and effort to remedy. Dr. Altmann took lots of time to explain everything to me, answered my relentless questions. The receptionists were very pleasant, in fact, the only time I saw either being short was with my insurance when they kept giving them the run around. Once my initial consultation was complete, which took over 30 minutes, McKenzie explained the next few steps, the costs, and even looked into a medication I was concerned about. Everyone was super kind, caring, and patient. This was one of the most pleasant experiences I've had and look forward to the long road to getting my mouth and jaw back!
