Norwood Dental Centre Winnipeg

Been going here for many years, moved away at one point came back and it was the same beautiful environment with such kind and helpful people in this office. I’ve never been to a dentist office with so many sweet staff members. I would recommend this place to anybody. The dentists, Hygienist and staff at the front desk are all beautiful people. Very helpful, very gentle and very kind! I’ve been to other dentist although they didn’t always have every single staff member, with such a kind spirit like all the staff at this dentist office. They truly treat you like your a good friend, it’s beautiful.

I had the best experience at Norwood Dental! Roxanne was incredibly gentle during the cleaning, making sure I was comfortable the entire time. She was also very thorough, explaining what she was doing and why it was important. On top of that, her kindness and professionalism made the visit enjoyable. I highly recommend them for anyone looking for excellent dental care! Thank you to all the staff!!!

Update: I was contacted by NDC Practice Manager and they stated that "The issue of not de gloving and re gloving has been addressed...and...the particles seen on the keyboard is from the sanitization cleaning process as it reacts with the material of the keyboard", which is appreciated and put my mind in ease. ---- I wrote to Norwood Dental Centre to express a concern I had during my recent appointment on January 6, 2025, and I'm hoping to receive an answer in order to complete/edit this review. I was uncomfortable observing the dental assistant handling the keyboard and mouse between taking my X-rays and then putting her hands in my mouth while wearing the same gloves. Although, when I mentioned this to her, she stated that both keyboard and mouse were sanitized after the previous client, the presence of dust and residue on the keyboard surfaces raised some questions for me (attached photo). I understand that proper infection control is crucial in a dental setting, and I would appreciate it if Norwood Dental Centre could kindly review this matter and get back to me.

I had a semi emergency where I had one of my front crowns fall out. It was over 25 years old. The nice office ladies and Dr. Chochinov were able to fit me in on short notice and get me all fixed up with a temporary crown and a week later I had a brand new crown. Thank you all for your wonderful treatment. Additionally, the people are friendly and very nice.

My cleanings/check ups are always as quick and easy as possible at Norwood Dental; great staff, docs and clinic space. Moved from the neighbourhood but have continued to be a patient here - thanks for the quality care.
