I feel so bad because I suck at remembering names, but everyone I met from entering the office to leaving the office was so nice! The lady at the front desk helped check me in so quickly and easily! The radiation tech was so friendly and answered any questions I had about my care. When she didn’t have an answer about pricing, she brought someone else to help me. Doctor Tony met me after a short wait, and quickly examined and broke down my impacted wisdom teeth and infected gums. Afterwards, he thoroughly answered my questions over which teeth needed work and why. Dana checked me out and she also informed me of possible plans that could help me with future payment since I don’t have insurance. She was so friendly and we talked about her great experience and recommendation with a nearby dental surgeon. Overall, extremely friendly and helpful staff and doctor! I don’t visit dental offices often, but I see myself coming back in the future.

Been coming to NGFD for years now and my family and I will probably never go anywhere else. There are a lot of offices that will claim to be the best in the business but this is very much one of those “show, don’t tell” places. They don’t need to call themselves the best because it’ll be written in your smile!

Alyssa cleaned my teeth, Liz and Dr Tran added a couple of small filings. Dana was at the front desk check out….WHAT A PHENOMENAL TEAM! Alyssa was thorough with my X-rays & suggestion then moved into cleaning and was quick, gentle & highly efficient! Liz took me over and brought me a fuzzy plush blanket bc I was cold, she was so sweet! Dr. Tran installed those filling in less than 10 minutes with Liz’s assistance. Dana had come back before my cleaning to explain the money part and asked me if I had questions. She checked me out making sure the bill was correct so I didn’t have issues with my HSA plan. They were all super efficient and down to earth professional!!!! I could not be more happy about how my visit went today. I’m so thankful to have found these wonderful people!!!! I highly recommend this crew that assisted me today!

The staff is friendly and very professional from the moment you walk in and throughout your appointment. Office Manager Dana, helped answer my questions and helped me make my appointment based on my needs. Assistant Liz was in charge of my X-Rays, she does a very thorough job, is very gentle, and makes it feel easy and quick. My Hygeinist was Alyssa, gives very detail and in-depth feedback on her examination of the teeth and gums, willing to give suggestions about helping to maintain good dental hygiene, and great cleaning service.

This was the best experience I’ve had going to the dentist in such a long time. I’m usually very nervous going to the dentist due to having to have a lot of dental work as a kid, but the staff and Dr. Tran were so warm and welcoming and really took the time to care for my needs. My hygienist, Alyssa, was so informative on every step of the process and ensured I was never uncomfortable. She was also very sweet and kind, and I really enjoyed my experience with her. After my cleaning, Dr. Tran made a point to connect with me on any concerns that were found and helped me establish a manageable plan to address those things. All while being very professional but also very personable! Cant forget to mention Gisselle, his awesome assistant that helped him remove the tooth gems I had and replace my retainers. She was very gentle and focused. My appointment ended with Dana helping me get checked out and confirming the appointment went well. Dana’s lovely personality is the best way to have wrapped up my entire experience at my appointment! From start to finish it was very pleasant and maybe has even changed my anxiety of going to the dentist, I may actually be looking forward to my next appointment because they’ll be the ones taking care of me! :)
