I had a very disappointing experience with North Branford Dental group. I made an appointment specifically for a cleaning, but they scheduled me for two months later. When the appointment finally came, they informed me that I needed an exam first and not the cleaning I originally requested. If a business can’t keep its promises and manage appointments properly, how can I trust them to take care of my mouth and teeth? If you’re planning to make an appointment here, I’d suggest thinking twice before doing so. This experience was frustrating, and I hope they can improve their scheduling and communication with patients.

This is an updated review.I had the most phenomenal experience at North Branford Dental today 9/05/20024.I have been a patient at NBD for decades and this past year, all the previous dentists retired. Of course I wish them well as they deserve their retirement. I was anxious as to my new dentist.My dental hygienist, Suzy is the Best and knows my medical issues. She stated that all the dentists were wonderful but knowing me well, she suggested that Dr. Manzella might meet my needs.I called to discuss my upcoming appointment and Stephanie, front desk receptionist ,couldn't have been nicer. She made a point of going to Dr. Manzella with my concerns and in a short time, the good doctor called me. He had reviewed my history and consulted with Suzy..I was impressed with this gesture. Dr. Manzella assured me all would be well- AND IT WAS .Wow! They were terrific ! I needed a crown and had a cavity. Dr. Manzella suggested that we do the crown and see if I was up for the second procedure. He stopped when Ineeded a moment; he was kind and caring and his Assistant Brandy was amazing.The two of them worked so well as a Team. Truly a Dynamic Duo.If you need Compassion and Consideration along with Professionalism in an immaculate surrounding, then North Branford Dental is the Dental group for you.Nancy Morand

I have always been grateful for all of the staff and dentists at North Branford Dental.Most recently, Dr. Khambe was extremely friendly and communicative while on call. I had chipped several teeth, and she was able to schedule time over a holiday weekend around my friend's wedding to fix them.Very appreciative of her awesome work!

My experience at North Branford Dental Group was first class from start to finish, the front desk was friendly and I was taken in on time...Dr. Khambe was wonderful and always made sure I was comfortable during the procedure which was explained in detail prior to starting. I hope my personal dental care limits my need for frequent visits, however I would highly recommend this dental group to anyone in search for a professional, honest, and skilled dental practice.

Right from a friendly face at the receptionist’s desk to hygienists and doctors, you can tell that they care about their patients and will go above and beyond to help you out. 100% recommend this dental clinic.
