I purchased a beautiful bedroom set with a matching mirror for dresser. On the morning of delivery Anthony called me and told me the mirror broke. He offered me a different one and he told me the matching one was no longer available. Needless to say I was upset and didn't have a choice. The mirror was the whole focal point of the set. I called the furniture manufacturer and was told mirror was available. Why didn't Anthony try to get me my matching mirror??? Not good customer service , I would not recommend them.

I don’t even know where to begin. Do not under any circumstances buy any furniture from this place. I have paid thousands of dollars to this store to be treated like I’m gum on the bottom of their shoe. First the warranty company they are partnered with take months to resolve any claim. My dog had an accident and bled all over my couch in August, 2023. Today (2/26/24) I finally get my new couch delivered after 6 months of going between Noble Furniture and Guardsman Warranty Company. When the new couch comes, the delivery boys tell me they will not be taking the old couch with them. The whole agreement with the warranty company was that I return the old couch for a new couch and when I spoke to Anthony and Jackie, they both said the delivery boys will take the couch. Boys get here and tell me, I talk to Anthony and he says “Guardsman says we don’t need to take it back so you can keep it.” I had NO notice of this until they were on my damn front step. I now have two sectionals in my apartment because Anthony is honestly just scum. Also, the quality of these couches are god awful. Besides the dog accident, the wood within my couch broke, the zippers are poor and break so easily, and they lose the bounce after not even having it for a year. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE THEY WILL SCAM YOU. This is how they will treat you and leave your home.

I do not have the words to thank Anthony. He has always provided excellent guidance when it comes to picking furniture keeping in mind my budget and style. He is readily available and his delivery team is exceptional. He has gone out of his way to help me when I had trouble with another furniture company - no one else would ever take that upon themselves. You can blindly trust Anthony and his entire team. They treat you like family!

I received my custom dining table I purchased from noble furniture today and I am left speechless. I’m so happy with how everything came out and thankful for tJackie and Anthony who helped me design my table and chairs. You guys are amazing. The delivery was a bit of a wait but so worth it. Love love love !

Anthony is the best! I sent him photos of a bedroom set I saw on social media and he custom ordered it for me. Very reasonably priced & fast delivery ! The best in the business
