Friendly and very professional from the moment you walk in with the receptionist, and all office staff, my dental hygienist Jess was very gentle and caring, her work showed how much she cares for her patients and their good healthy teeth. She did an awesome job cleaning my teeth and giving me educational tips and information. Dr Rice, friendly, professional, knowledgeable and with his great experience, explains everything to you in understandable terms. He took the time fully go over my dental health, and presented several options on how to improve my teeth. Not to mention the great bedside manners. I highly recommend this office. They don’t try to sell you services you don’t need like other dentists. Never feel rushed; highly Recommended ✅.

I had a great visit to Newtown Family Dentistry last week when I went in for a cleaning. Beautiful office and waiting room. The hygienist, Jess, was extremely calm when doing the exam. Also great to chat with one of their lead dentists, Dr. Colin. Looking forward to my next visit!

I called for an emergency visit as I was in so much pain, they listened to my issue and promptly gave me a same day appointment. I arrive at my scheduled time, and we greeted with a smile and sympathies for my pain. I waited about 5 mins and my name was called. I was then greeted again by another staff member who treated my with so much compassion it was overwhelming. She asked if she could exam me and waited for my reply. The doctor came in and also greeted me with a smile and explained everything step by step on the plan of action. When I say I enjoyed my visit that would be an understatement. I excited to return, minus the pain of course. The service here was indeed top tier. Thanks for a wonderful experience

This appointment was 5 stars plus. My sister unfortunately suffers from dementia. Dr Mark had to do a long procedure and he was incredibly patient, kind and understanding, as was his assistant. Incredible practice, incredible dentist, incredibly kind and pleasant staff. We moved here from out of state and are so glad we found this office. Thank you Dr Mark

Newtown Family Dentistry - kudos for providing exceptional care. Your prompt acceptance of me as a new patient with an emergency on the same day I called is highly appreciated. Unlike other dentists who make new patients wait for days or weeks and your team made an exception. Although I didn't note her name, the receptionist was wonderful. Dr. Mark and Yolianis, thank you for your professionalism and for making an anxious patient like me feel at ease.

Dr. Mark and his staff are truly the best. Professional, efficient, and always prompt. Dr. Mark always makes his patients feel comfortable and takes his time with you to not make you feel like just a number. Office is beautiful and always clean. Best dental office in Delaware!

Ten years ago, NFD called around and found an oral surgeon able to urgently remove my wisdom teeth on a holiday weekend. I’ve been seeing them ever since. My hygienist, Ladonna, is so friendly, thorough, and personable. It is always her every time I visit which I really like. I also feel like this is a very fair and honest practice. They do not tell you that you need fillings just to try to make money like some practices. I have some spots that we have been watching for years and if they were dishonest they could have had told me I had cavities years ago. I highly recommend this dentist office!

This dentist is amazing. He is very considerate of your needs and always puts you first. He makes sure he listens to you and is very kind. If you want a dentist that cares for you and is always trying to improve to ensure you get the best possible care he is the dentist for you.
