New Horizon Dental Center

I went in for an implant, and they told me it would only take no more than 2-3 hours at Max to complete the whole process. X-rays took 5min, cleaning bottom teeth took 15min, treatment plan review and discussion on implant took 10min, I eventually had to tell them to reschedule me after spending a total of 3.5 hours there and not having the implant or tooth extraction done. They took me back and had me sit and wait for another 45min. They took 4.5hours of my time to provide 20min of actual dental services. I looked up the average time requirements for all the procedures they were supposed to perform and being generous with the time the max it should have taken is 2.5hours. This overbooking is unethical and needs to stop. I repeatedly explained I had a 3-4 hour drive to get home and kept explaining I could reschedule the next part because I needed to get to other things I had scheduled. They kept reassuring me it would be real quick, and they would male sure to get it done. They kept telling me oh it's a really quick procedure it won't take long at all." we will get this done. The whole process shouldn't take more than 2-3 hours. I eventually could not wait any longer and had to head straight to my next appointment. A rescheduled appointment made in advance that has a high average time of 2.5 hours should not take 4.5 hours with only completing 20 minutes of dental services. It should not take up half a working day to complete simple dental procedures. I will not be coming back to this office again this happened before where they scheduled me for a 1 hour appointment, and it took them 3.5hours. I will find some place closer to me and save myself the money wasted at this place.

First time visit. Simply scheduled a wisdom extraction. By far one of the best experiences I’ve ever had, from ALL of the staff who were exceptional! Such a wonderful team! Friendly, honest and absolutely make you feel comfortable.

I came to New Horizon Dental to get work done on my lowers and all new uppers. While here I hade the pleasure of being taken care of by Sheena, Dr. Ken, and Xinena. All great people they really made me feel comfortable every visit! Thank you to Dr. Ken for your patience with me and your great work!! I definitely recommend this establishment to whoever is seeking Dental work!!

I went to my appointment yesterday to get, what I assumed to be bad news. I’ve been having lots of issues with my implants for a few years now and I’m so frustrated! Instead I walked out with a big smile on my face and new friend Tammy, the new office manager!! What an awesome lady!! Unfortunately I can’t remember the wonderful dentist’s name? I think it started with a R? They both assured me that all my issues will be dealt with and not to worry. They got me and I finally have hope!!! Thank You New Horizons ?

I was absolutely terrified to visit the dentist and so I waited until all of my teeth were broken and very painful - I could barely eat. I finally summoned the courage and went to New Horizon this morning and had all of my teeth removed. It was so pain free that I want to kick myself for putting it off for over 6 years. They did an amazing job, made me feel extremely comfortable and were very professional. I couldn't ask for a better experience. Don't wait!! You have nothing to fear!!

I have had an incredible experience with a cavity filling and a tooth implant done. Especially impressed with the professionalism of Janelle. She was very attentive during a deep cleaning I had there before and paid very close attention to my teeth gems and teeth sensitivity. I think she made a scary experience easier for me as a patient. I appreciate that this office also used my own blood to help heal my mouth faster and they explained every thing so detailed the entire time so I didn’t feel any surprises at the end. The front office ladies were also very helpful as I know its a busy office but it never felt chaotic. I will definitely be returning here!

I did feel very welcome, the staff was very kind and professional. My schedule was on time, and the performance of my cleaning was awesome, no pain. Last, the advices from the higinist are very appreciated. I love to return to my next appointment, and I am also willing to bring my family members to receive services at New Horizons Dental Care. New Horizon Dental Center is great! I have been going here for almost a year and they have changed my smile for the better. More importantly my oral health has improved by light years. Dr. Rudisill has been overseeing my treatment. He makes me feel very important as a patient.

Very nice and friendly staff, Dentists and cleaning staff were very professional and experienced!! I was very apprehensive about getting my teeth cleaned, because of a previous bad experience from another place. However the technician was very professional and extremely good at what she does. I have gone to New Horizon Dental for 5 implants over a year time frame. I highly recommend them I wouldn't go anywhere else!!

Ed Lowry was completely comfortable with everything that Dr. Leland suggested. He was thoughtful, professional, kind, caring, knowledgeable and explained the procedures in a very understandable manner. The staff was also wonderful. A most positive experience in every way.💯👍😊‼️
