I have been a patient of this dental group for 3 years and it’s been the best experience. I had an emergency issue on. Friday right before they were closing. Dr. Phil and Josie had me come in and they took X-rays to ensure it wasn’t anything serious as the pain came on so suddenly. They cleaned everything, provided me with a new dental tool. Dr. Phil took the time to educate me on using the tool and also what occurred to give me so much grief and pain. Supplied me with a prescription and by late that evening I was in absolute bliss. Pain completely gone and a tool to manage things.This office truly cares and has connections with their patients. In today’s world that’s impossible to find. I’m so happy and appreciative to be a patient at this dental center!

I have visited New England Dental a few times and have been greatly impressed with the team of dentists and hygienists I’ve seen on each occasion. They are not only skilled but personable and put your mind at ease. The level of attention, care, and expert dentistry you will receive at New England Family Dentistry is unmatched! Major kudos to Dr.Feldberg and whole the team!

I have literally always hated the dentist. My first time here, I was greeted with warm personalities & beautiful smiles. Each staff member made sure they got my name right. Even the woman who booked my appointment made sure to say hi to me! Chayla checked me in and was AMAZING! Kristen cleaned my teeth and explained every step. She did not scold me once, but gave me alternatives. She made me feel comfortable and normal. Gloria explained my bill to me and broke down my insurance for me. Everyone was a STAR. I will be a customer for life. I appreciate every staff member. In my 28 years, I have never, ever, ever had a good time at the dentist until I have come here. Thank you to your amazing staff!!!!!!!!!

By far the most pleasurable experience you can possibly have visiting the dentist. From the wonderful receptionists to the awesome dental assistants and the dedicated doctors, the entire staff goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and well cared for. I had had an emergency two years ago in which they took me in as a new patient immediately and i have been a patient ever since.
