New Castle Dental Associates

Okay no one loves going to the dentist but…if you go to New Castle Dental Associates you’ll at least LIKE IT! The front desk ladies are so very sweet, personable and welcoming. I’ve had amazing hygienists every single visit and the dentist is always willing to listen and spend time examining your teeth not just the typical in and out! The rooms are bright and clean and comfortable. I really like this dentist office and I think you will too!

I absolutely HATE going to the dentist however this office was great! The front desk girls are so polite. They take their time with you and make sure you are all set and checked in/out. The dentist and their assistant are amazing! They make you feel extremely comfortable before doing anything. They speak to you in a very calming manner. I came in with so much anxiety, scared, nervous...you name it and my mind was completely set at ease. I felt absolutely none of the procedure (root canal) and the dentist explained everything he was doing prior to doing anything. After my visit I have a different feeling about going to the dentist....well, THIS dentist.

The facility is professional, the staff is super. Receptionists appear happy, enjoy their work place, pleasant attitudes and answers questions. The waiting. area and reception areas are clean & inviting and play pleasant music. Dental staff pleasant making the visit comfortable. The assistants are help with a kind/caring demeanor. The Dentist with digital-scans and X-rays explained at length purpose, process & endgame to help resolve my issues with a plan to move forward. Bottom line, I would refer family/friends. I enjoy this establishment. I like music so I tap my feet to the mixture of sounds. Staff still great, I feel good care and concern is provided and of course the first contact of any professional business is the front office staff - they are great! The area is well kept and they work hard - if you’ve never worked positions like that, you can’t appreciate the effort and amount of professionalism required. The entire staff at New Castle Dental Associates is efficient and gracious. No waiting for an hour (which is unusual these days). Althea ( hygienist) explains everything clearly and does a great job cleaning my teeth. Dr. Asiamah is knowledgeable and does a very thorough exam. I have not needed any "work" done yet (?) but, when i do, I feel confident i will be in good hands. I'm new to New Castle, and I feel grateful to have found New Castle Dental Associates.

Great experience for a first -time patient. I was amazed at how quickly they were able to get me in for an appointment. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Never once did I feel pressured to have a procedure that I didn't want.

Hands down best dental experience I have EVER had. From the front desk staff to the hygienist to the Dr. They are friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, patient, considerate and punctual. But here's the kicker!! The Dr was mindful and considerate of pricing and encouraged me to take care of what was most beneficial vs more costly. 10/10 would definitely recommend!
