Went for treatment almost seven years ago and was not informed of my remaining balance until collections called me today. Nice folks, but a little heads up would have been appreciated, especially given that I was given a laser treatment I did not ask for and a bone graft that had apparently solved nothing. The office (again very nice) said statements were sent in the past but we’ve moved several times since treatment. Not sure why they wouldn’t call or email. Just be sure you know what you owe and what for, I guess!

Dr. Lowy saved my gums. I had both the pinhole surgery and small graft on bottom. The pinhole surgery was painless and gums look normal just fuller. The normal grafting saved my gum line on the bottom on one side and everything is stable. Honest, down to earth, and good reasonable pricing compared to the other estimates I received. Literally twice as much for one periodontist that my dentist at the time referred me to. I didn’t realize Dr. Lowy and Dr. Nelson are the gold standard for Louisville when I stumbled upon them years ago for the pinhole surgery. Just good people, the entire office!

I had a one time visit for possible work on my gums—2 years ago! My insurance paid their part 2 months after the visit. I never received a bill. Now 2 years later, I get a bill with a threat to send it to collections. So what happened to timely billing?! Would not recommend.

Dr Nelson and the lanap treatment 100% saved my teeth! If you are getting bad news from your dentist, I highly recommend going in for a consultation. The entire staff there are amazing, very knowledgeable and professional.
