Nashua Dentist

My friend was in lot of pain and no other dentist helped him without appointment except Dr. Jun Yu. We are international students with minimum knowledge on healthcare system around here. We really appreciate Dr. Jun Yu for providing immediate care and treatment for the pain. The front desk personnel Ms. Kathleen is so amazing and welcoming. Guided us through everything very patiently (which is rare around here). I strongly recommend this facility for better dental health with ultimate care and hospitality. Keep helping people Dr. Jun Yu. Lots of respect and love.

Updated from march 4th visit Friday march 29th the Tooth they didnt believe me about broke, if you have any true dental issues save yourself the torment and gaslighting, i truly believe they thought I had money or something, I openly said I have anxiety and trauma. They acted like they cared. They did not at all. Let me tell you my new dentist sooo much compassion and actually believed as I was crying to them about how awful this experience was especially for a person with CPTSD . This place only cares about money and causing pain the constant tapping that spray is not ethical or necessary AT EVERY appt. Original review 3/4/24, as i left in tears unhelped with a tooth that was hurting, Stay far away if you actually have an issue. I cannot even believe my experience with this dentist. Dr Yu clearly has an issue * as well as a pain kink. The spray is unnecessary. not one person believed me in this office about my tooth with a hole in the side kept tapping and wanted to use spray because apparently they don't believe their patients. I cannot believe I wasted my time here currently filing a complaint withADA national dental associates and my delta insurance abd as well as BBB , the amount of times I was asked which tooth hurts is so disrespectful I will make sure I leave a review everywhere the girl DID NOT USE GLOVES PUTTING OUT INSTRUMENTS you cannot invite a patient in when you REFUSE TO BELIEVE THEM , these people take extreme amount of Xrayz , use unethical practices NO GLOVES when placing instruments not a single verbal apology just condescending Google replied you have to be will to help patients not just fill your pockets

I have been needing a dentist for awhile because I didn’t want to keep going back to the one I was seeing in Lowell, MA. Dr. Yu was a pleasant surprise because he is more than just a typical doctor. He is attentive , caring, and took the time to text me off hours just to check on me because after he found out my jaw locked open due to a TMJ issue. Dr. Yu is not just a doctor. He’s a good-hearted human who happens to be a doctor.

First, I would like to give a special thanks to Dr. Yu and the staff of Your Nashua Dentist. As I have reached middle age, my teeth have begun to have increasing issues. My first choice for these issues is always Your Nashua Dentist. They have convenient appointment times, an excellent consultation environment, exceptional accounting and handling services, and staff with enthusiastic attitudes. Notably, Dr. Yu, the attending physician, is experienced and responsible. In my case, one of my teeth needed a dental crown. After my first treatment, I wore a temporary crown with plans to change to a formal crown two weeks later. However, during this period, I felt that my teeth were a little sensitive. After discussing the issue with Dr. Yu, it was clear that it was a matter of great significance to him, and he did not change to the formal crown after the originally planned two weeks. Instead, he helped alleviate the sensitivity of my tooth for no additional cost and observed it for another two weeks. Dr. Yu made sure to be certain that there was no issue with the tooth before changing it to a formal crown. Now, the crown fits perfectly, and I can hardly tell it is not my actual tooth. Dr. Yu's expertise and serious attitude made my experience highly enjoyable. The fear of reprising issues with that tooth in the future is greatly relieved, and there is a powerful psychological sense of security and confidence. I highly recommend Your Nashua Dentist!
