MyOrthodontist Cary

I love my daughter's experience with MyOrthodontist. We are just preparing to take my son for his first visit. They are super friendly, organized, clean and FAST. Visits are 15 minutes or 30 minutes with very minimal wait. Appointments are kept on schedule and moving. They have fun contests for patients/ parents all the time to keep your mind occupied in the check-in / wait areas. I'm very glad my kids' dentist referred us there for braces. They are doing an awesome job and have the perfect mix of staff. Everyone is always smiling which says company morale is high. That is what leads to their excellent service!

I live 35-40 minutes away from my orthodontist's Cary clinic, but the excellent care makes it worth the drive. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, with a pleasant scent throughout. One of the front clerks, Karla, made us feel welcome from our very first visit, as if she had known us for years. The doctor was highly professional and provided us with several treatment options. What I truly appreciate about Cary Orthodontics is their understanding and flexibility. Despite heavy traffic causing me to arrive 30 minutes late for an appointment, they were patient and waited for my sons, something I had never experienced at my orthodontist in Durham. There, they refused to see my son when we arrived just 10 minutes late and didn’t even offer to reschedule. Cary Orthodontics’ kindness and professionalism set them apart, and I am grateful to have found them.

My experience with MyOrthodontist Cary has been exceptional. They're very good with their communications and are prompt with appointments (no waiting 15 - 30 minutes after your appointment time for someone to call you back). Their facility is clean and well-maintained and everyone on their staff is friendly.

I really enjoyed visiting MyOrthodontist. My first consultation was fast and the staff were very courteous and knowledgable. Doctor A. and Miss Dani were great! They came up with a plan to improve my smile. The price is affordable and I am so excited to get started! My visit was a few days before my birthday and they surprised me with a card and gift. Thank you!!!

We got greetings by showing attitude at the admin front office. Then starting arguing about the insurance. We waited almost 30 minute in the waiting area. Then spend another 30 minute in Stephanie’s office about the insurance. Dr. were nice, Other staff was not as great or helpful.

First and last time going. Was initially body blocked by a tech for wanting to accompany my younger child in the back (as his first time at Ortho and with special needs) but allowed in once I stood my ground. Other techs were nicer but Dr. A was anything but. Only tried to ask a few clarifying questions about the surprising recommended treatment… received a combative, argumentative, rude attitude that talked down and over me. (Watched her giggle and exchange pleasantries with all other patients/parents in the room until she got to us and unsure why.) It was incredibly uncomfortable, awkward and a shockingly negative experience for both of us. I’ve also never had or heard of a dentist give away a big gulp cup full of hard, chewy candy encouraging each child patient to eat it… so many red flags from the second we entered to our exit.
