Unconscionable and Predatory Dental Practice I am appalled by the egregious behavior exhibited by Murrayhill Dentist. As a loyal patient for over a decade, I expected a higher standard of care and respect. However, my recent experiences have been nothing short of disheartening. Their obsession with profit has completely overshadowed patient care. I was blindsided by exorbitant late fees, which were never clearly communicated. A family emergency forced me to reschedule an appointment, and their response was nothing short of callous. Despite multiple attempts to inform them of my situation, they canceled my appointment and showed complete disregard for my stress and well-being. To add insult to injury, they have sent a demand letter for a late fee on an appointment that was canceled by them. This is nothing short of predatory behavior. I will absolutely not pay this fraudulent charge. Potential patients, beware. This dental practice is more interested in lining their pockets than providing quality care. Ever since Dr. Tran left this office years ago, the quality completely went downhill. Avoid them at all costs.

Our kids really enjoy seeing Dr. Megan and her team. Our four year old daughter was initially very anxious and now she looks forward to every visit. Our 18 month old LOVES the toys at the end of the visit. Front desk staff are exceptional as well. Kind and patient team all around.

First visit. Attractive lobby with a toy loaded alcove for children. Prompt attention both initially and by dentist after my cleaning. Cleaning accomplished without nicking my gums. And I appreciated the sunglasses they let me use during the cleaning.

I have been with Dr. Moseley almost since she started practicing and she has maintained a high level of care and concern for her patients from the beginning. She listens, answers questions and presents the facts so that I can make decisions about my dental care. In all my years going to dentists I believe she is the best.

I was a patient of Dr Moseley's father for years, and experience the same level of comfort and care being her patient. The clinic is staffed by professionals who are on the ball, and care for their clients... It is zero problem for me to drive up from Salem to have them care for my needs.

This visit was an emergency visit for me. I cracked a tooth on a Friday. I called them and they were able to fit me in. They had to pull the tooth. The best part is I felt no pain throughout the whole procedure. They were very professional and kind.
