Miranda, Caroline, and Dr. Hill were everything and more! Such great customer service and a wonderful atmosphere. I know every visit I have it is always be 5 stars!

Everyone was very nice and made sure I was comfortable. They explained everything well and helped make sure I was good to go and knew my health plan before leaving.

I came to Mortenson with a laundry list of dental work that needed to be done. On my first appointment I shared with them that I have a lot of anxiety with doctors, but especially dentists. They took that information and created a treatment plan with me that was spaced out and made me feel comfortable. As I keep going back for these appointments they make sure that I am comfortable and my concerns are heard.

Started out fine, then they just stopped communicating, I left two or three voice mails over the course of a week, trying to confirm insurance coverage and reschedule an appointment, and never got a call back. Even after speaking with another office/ management, I don’t feel they had any concerns losing a customer.

Always a pleasure seeing the girls at Mortenson in Fern Creek! They make it easier even if you aren’t having the best of luck with your teeth! I would recommend anyone looking for a dentist to this location! ?? Great atmosphere! ?
