Love, love, LOVE this place! The staff is so friendly, professional, and thoughtful! Whether it is a cleaning or Botox or even a different procedure you are having done, they will take the best care of you! And….. Dr. Kate has established such a wonderful office culture that it feels like home away from home! You will definitely enjoy going to see your dentist again!

The nice lady at the front desk that checked me in was amazing from beginning to end. I arrived early to complete paperwork but my appointment was over 20 minutes late; no issue. I’m still smiling. Kelly the hygienist was awful and spoke very unprofessional to me and at me; when she realized she was out of line, she apologized. Heather the practice manager did not know how to remedy the situation, as she made it worse. These 2 women specifically made me feel like they were uncomfortable with me due to my skin. I’ve been a patient of Mortenson for many years but my first time at this location and I’ve never experienced anything like this before. It was sad!

Doctor Kate and her staff at Mortenson have treated me better than any other dentist I’ve experienced. I have extensive medical needs and low pain tolerances, but they’re always helpful, gentle, patient and understanding. Their staff is swift, educated and does their billing accurately. I can’t thank them enough for helping me when no one else would/could!

Kelly was very personable and professional. She gave me a great cleaning and advice on how to keep my teeth and gums healthy.

The team is great! They got my son in right away and provided quality care. They are professional and friendly and though they were busy, they treated us like we were the only one there.
