Return policy is made up by the owner on the fly. Wanted to return unused product and was told I can't do it bc it was cut to lengt (by them) standard length of 50ft. Will not do business with again.

If I could I would put no stars! We waited 2 days for them to come, took off a day of work and no one came or picked up the phone. Finally, they sent two people, who said that they were “offside workers” and almost broke my newly replaced $5,000 system. Everything that they could do wrong they did the only thing that saved me, from the explosion, was the smoke coming out from the pool and I turned everything off. Next day my son in law came cleaned and fixed everything. Also I was originally charged $315 but at first was told it would be $250 but because they never came I got discount of $200(which included opening up the cover and turning it on).

Great family spot to get the best pool supplies in town. My family has been coming here for years, and the service we've gotten from Charlie, Kenny, and Andrew makes us feel right at home. Affordable places, friendly staff. Can't beat it.

Excellent service and selection of supplies. I highly recommend them above any pool store on Staten Island.

Great place for pool supplies. The staff is very knowledgeable. They test your water when you need it. In the winter they redo the lights on all your pre-lit trees and garden stuff.
