Monroe Street Family Dental: Benjamin Farrow DDS

It feels like the staff here must do a daily case review on everyone who is on the schedule. Even for just a cleaning, everyone working on my teeth and even most of the front desk staff seem to know my dental history. Then they take time throughout my visit to learn more details. Through many complex dental issues, Dr Farrow and his team have been thoughtful about my care. They always give me as much information as I need to make decisions. By the way, their restoration work is simply first rate!

Monroe St. Family Dental is great! Dr. Farrow is extremely skilled, and the hygienists are all excellent as well. In addition, a lot of very modern technology is used, which makes for a more pleasant experience than I have had with other dental offices in the past. Lastly, everyone is really friendly and nice, and they play a really nice eclectic blend of music all day long! Highly recommended.

So friendly, efficient and helpful; I always look forward to my visit. My 3 year old was introduced to everything the dr would be doing and it made him feel safe and ready :)

Gina was super fantastic! I really appreciate everything and everyone I get to interact with here. They maybe see 2,000 clients, but they do such a great job of making sure my concerns are heard, and that I feel cared about. Plus, Jill does an amazing job at checking with insurance to see what’s covered/at what frequency. And, as always, the playlist is just terrific! It’s so nice to hear something other than bland radio while getting a cleaning. Thanks, everyone!

I’ve been going to MSFD for almost 8 years. My husband goes there, and our two young daughters as well. Recently my in laws also joined. We all love it. They really care about your dental health, but most importantly they try to get to know you as a whole person. I always enjoy walking in and being greeted by Jill or Amanda. Dr. Farrow is so great and so is the new the dentist. From young to old, this place really makes you forget it’s a dentist office. Bonus points for the relaxing music and the eco friendly approach.

We love everyone here. My wife and I feel taken care of like we never have from any other dentist. The whole team here is the reason why we will drive an extra hour for our appointments. I have an incredibly difficult schedule, but Liz always tries to find ways to squeeze us in last minute. It is unfortunate that I'm now out of network, but we don't mind a slightly higher copay to continue here with their crew. Thank you Dr. Farrow and team!

We've been impressed and grateful for Dr. Farrow's expertise, presence of mind, and interpersonal acuity in multiple situations. He and every single staff member at MSFD have always been nice and easy to work with.
