Pros:- Really friendly staff at the reception desk- Nice, modern facility- Able to get appointments when I need themCons:- While the past few cleanings were good, my last hygienist was pretty rough- It would be nice to get a bit more context from the dentist as she was reviewing what I needed; the whole thing felt a bit rushed- I had fillings completed on a follow-up visit: again it would've been nice to get some explanation and overview of what was being done and why

Dr. Palella saved my tooth. My tooth cracked and I needed a crown done quickly so I requested a referral from a friend who lives in Wicker Park. I had never had a crown before and the Modern Dental team walked me through my costs upfront allowing me to know what I was getting into financially. Dr. Palella has wonderful dental assistants and the office is very clean. Moreover, the work completed by Dr. Palella himself is quality and am looking forward to it lasting many years. Since that instance last year, I switched Dr. Palella as my preferred dental provider. If you want a dentist who is excited to do his work and has a great team - go here!
