Had a very good experience getting extractions. All staff was kind and helpful, keeping an eye on how I felt during numbing process. They kept assuring me, being open about what was happening. The extractions were quick and easy. I heavily recommend this dentistry, they were amazing!

Dr. Yang was the best. So was the rest of the staff. My regular dentist was unavailable to fix a surface filling that came off. They saw me within two hours of calling. Plus, they accept Care Credit. I have decided to change my dentist to this location. Such a great experience.

The front desk has been very polite and accommodating when I scheduled my appointment. The hygienist yesterday was polite and easy to talk to. I was disappointed by Dr. Yang’s bedside manner. He and the hygienist told me at least 3 times while I was there that I had outstanding treatments that needed to be done. (Fillings, crown) Dr. Yang acted like I owe him money. I felt scolded like a child. There are other ways to word encouraging people to come in for dental procedures. I hope in the future Dr. Yang can be more empathetic to his patients experiencing anxiety toward dental procedures and financial strain. I was planning on setting up an appointment this fall for the treatment but I don’t feel comfortable after my experience yesterday.

I am an extremely busy individual, my time is valuable. I've been to this location twice for a deep cleaning. The first time I was scheduled I took the day off because they had to numb me up and I refused to go back to work. I work for a Shark Tank business and I have to be on point at all times. On a Sunday evening they text me apologizing that they have to reschedule me. My appointment was on a Monday. Fine. Had the first appointment. The second appointment was scheduled. Then I get a phone call a day or two before from the other office and the lady states they have to reschedule me. I cannot be seen at the other location based on my insurance. Once again I have to take the day off. At this point I'm upset. I call the Lenexa office demanding them to keep my appointment, they do so. I'm happy. They schedule me for me my September 13th appointment. No text reminder like they normally do, no phone call. Nothing. My husband's grandfather just passed and I'm swamped with work. Why didn't I get a reminder? Did you all seriously not remind me because you didn't want to deal with rescheduling me again? Quite frankly this is ridiculous because this clinic urges people about no call no show fee's. What about my time? I feel as if this clinic wants new patients only so they can have good reviews, only so they can never see them again. I refuse to come back and change my review unless they write off my next appointment, because my time is valuable, and because of their no call no show policy.

I had an infected tooth and it was giving me a great deal of pain. I called Mint dental who was able to get me an appointment schedule extremely soon. Doctor Yang saw me and was able to pull out my infected muller within 10 minute. Thanks to his great skills i was able to get my tooth pulled with no pain and in a very timely manner. (I always hate sitting in a chair at the dentist with my mouth open for a hour not here.) * I re read my initial review and had to do some editing since I wrote it it right after my procedure lol*
