The Women Dentist who worked on me for an emergency infection drainage on 11/2 was extremely smart, so patient just excellent. She made me feel at ease while doing the procedure. Thoroughly answered all me questions. She is only there one day a week. She is the best of the best. Thank you for her!!??

Review of Milford Smile Dentist I highly recommend Milford Smile Dentist, especially our hygienist, Andrea. Her dedication and professionalism have transformed our dental experiences. From the start, she was warm and attentive, patiently explaining each step and addressing our concerns. Andrea’s caring attitude and passion for her work create a relaxing atmosphere, making my wife and I feel at ease during our visits. Because of her outstanding service, we’ve decided to stick with Milford Smile Dentist for all our dental needs. Andrea is truly the best hygienist we’ve ever encountered, and we feel fortunate to have her as our hygienist. Her name is Andrea.

Everyone was super nice and friendly. The hygienist was super nice and patient and understanding with me. The dentist took the time to explain what needed to be done and what my options were. Truly a great place to go especially if you are like me and apprehensive about going to the dentist period. They truly made me very comfortable as I was very anxious walking in.

I brought my father in to have her procedure. After the procedure my father developed a humongous hematoma/ infection in his mouth. When I made an emergency visit I was told that I either had to take my father who's in a facility to another office or come back at another day. There's no way I could have gotten into another office it was already such a struggle to get him to the first one. So he was sent back to his facility without an antibiotic for his obviously infected mouth. So now my dad sits there with no antibiotic and nothing for pain. This is the most backwards place I've ever been there was another oral surgeon there that could have prescribed at least the antibiotic. They took pictures and tried to play phone tag with the doctor that is unacceptable unprofessional behavior. If they couldn't help me and get me an answer for what I needed they should have told me that from the beginning before I brought him all the way out there for an emergency appointment that they said they could help him. I've had to make other arrangements for his care and I will be reporting you to the American dental association. So I've had to find outside sources to relieve his pain I should have never had to do that you should have helped me . After your dirty practices were how he got infected in the first place. shame on all of you!!!

Super friendly. Everyone. My hygienist is fabulous. Andrea. No one really likes going to dentist but this place helps make you feel different about that. Milford Smiles Rocks.
