Methuen Family Dentistry

To be honest at the beginning I felt uncomfortable due to some insurance issues they told me but when I met the doctor WOW I had never felt so welcome in a dentist appointment before. The doctor was amazing, took care of me as a patient, explained everything clearly, measure all of my teeth one by one which no one had done in the past. Overall it was an EXCELLENT doctor. I will recommend it 1000% .

I had a deep cleaning today at Family Dentistry, they are very professional and on time, Cathy did a good job in deep cleaning that took more than two hours, Dr Adam is very kind and welcoming. One comment i have that i would give as an advice to the clinic is reducing the amount of emails, calls and text messages, it is too many before any appointment, my preference is one text message reminder, would be enough for me. Other than that, i do recommend this clinic to keep your teeth healthy

Today I went to the dentist for the 1st time in 11yrs! Going to the dentist always gave me anxiety. Cathy was so wonderful to work with. She made me feel very comfortable by getting to know me and asking questions about what I was looking to accomplish. She explained everything we were going to do and didn’t leave anything out. The office is very high tech which I liked. They made it very clear what I had wrong and how we would fix it. After today, I feel much better about going back to the dentist.

it was my first appointment and I was in a lot of pain. the doctor called me and allowed me to come right in, very friendly office and had a very nice staff. they took good care of me and I will be going to this dentist from now on.

I always have really bad anxiety when I go to the dentist…. But not here!! Staff were very friendly and made me feel welcomed and they were extremely understanding of the fact that I had to bring my two small children along. Hygienist was awesome and extremely informative and thorough with the exam. Truthfully, I have never had a better experience at a Dentist office!!
