I have been a patient at Meriden family dental for three years. I have seen the ups and downs within that time. Everyone remains extremely pleasant even while short staffed.The hygienist is incredible and amazing with little ones who are terrified for their lives.Dr.Ryan talked me through my temporary crown because I was having a melt down ( heard horror stories) he was so chill and gentle. He went above and beyond and by far superseded my expectations and then some ! I have always been accommodated to the best of the office staffs capability.10/10 recommend, I called to see if I was approved for a crown, they confirmed with insurance , and here I was in the office the next day with an appointments. If your looking for a place that remembers you and you entire family every visit, and sneaks your kid a toy even though they are teens, THESE are your people.If you ever have had an experience less fortunate I’d kindly suggest giving Meriden Family Dental a call.✌️

Just went in as a new patient and extremely pleased with their service! Front desk staff was very welcoming! Nikolina calmed my anxiety and Dr Patel saw me right away!

I have been with this dental office for many years with both myself and 2 children, now adult children. I have to say they are great in the aspect of dental procedures but customer service they are below satisfactory. My daughter recently missed 2 appts. Due to an honest scheduling error and prior to that she had one missed appt over that past several years ( not to mention they charged $50 for the miss) which I am okay with because time is valuable, But because she has 3 they will no longer see her as a patient! I have great insurance so I’ll have no problem getting her in somewhere, along with myself because I am moving myself and other daughter as well! It just goes to show these places truly only care about the dollar and not the patient.

The office manager was extremely rude, nasty, unprofessional and completely imcompetant. She scheduled an appt and then called me to cancel it. This dental office discriminates and blames it on a ridiculous "policy" that is absolutely unheard of from any other dental office. I would not recommend anyone to go here. They expect you to wait for a dentist at that office even if it is overbooked for months, for emergency dental issues, while you are suffering in pain. if you go somewhere else for help, they will refuse to see you as a patient ever again. I would love to give them 0 stars but 1 is the lowest. The reviews are fake and also flooded with bots. Any one with emergency dental issuses understands how important it is to be seen urgently. They expect some type of undying loyalty to their dentist office that they never specified prior to being a patient. I look forward to filing an complaint with the Connecticut State Dental Board.

I really only come here for my twice a year cleaning. So I can't speak of their other services. Had 2 wisdom teeth pulled few years back, but thats about it. But they always provide good service here, doctor is friendly and the rest of the staff are nice. They can probably act more professional especially when they're sitting at the front desk but they're only being themselves at that point, can't knock em for that. All in all only had pleasant experiences here.
