Love this office! Dr. Sawyer and his staff are great! Very relaxed, non stress yet very professional. I started coming here a few years ago and now have the rest of my family coming. They love it too! Best dental service and experience I have had in my 50+ years. I highly recommend them!

I had an emergency situation and they got back to me right away and fit me in the next day. I was so grateful and had a great experience! Dr Sawyer was so nice and even called me later that day to check up on me. I would highly recommend him.

I cannot say good enough things about the way I was treated in this office. I went in there with an emergency while staying at a friend's home up the street. They saw me immediately. Every person, from the receptionist to the techs to the amazing doctor made me feel seen and cared for in a very stressful situation. Lo and behold, I had a second emergency in another tooth a day later. Again, they got me in immediately and really went above and beyond. When the infection in my mouth did not subside as quickly as I had hoped and my pain level got high, Dr Sawyer called me back immediately two different times, prescribed medication as necessary and never acted like I was a bother, even though he was so busy with so many patients and juggling just to get me in at all. Also, he was very aware of the costs being stressful to me and gave me a very honest and fair outline of my options so there were no surprises and I felt like I had some control of the situation. I would recommend this warm, kind, efficient practice to anybody.

From the minute I stepped in the office, everyone was welcoming, friendly and professional. They got me in quickly and the work needed was finished before I knew it. Dr Sawyer took the time to explain and reassure which was greatly appreciated. I would highly recommend this great team!

From the time I walk in the door I feel welcome. They have a great staff there; always making time for any & all questions & concerns. I usually have Michel as my hygienist. Always the one who puts a person at ease with her caring ways & does a great job on my teeth. Dr Sawyer is not a wonderful dentist, he also has a great sense of humor. Just so thankful to be able to go to Mendota Dental.
