They had me get there early for anesthesia and then did not give me anesthesia so I went there early for nothing but rest of appointment wasfine

I booked an appointment about 6 weeks in advance as a new client and trying to get service here was an absolute waste of time.About two weeks before my appointment, right before holiday closures, the clinic left a voicemail. The day AFTER the phone call, I received a text message confirming my appointment, so naturally I thought the call was also confirming my appointment. I listened to the first part of the voicemail and when I heard it was the centre I assumed that like their text message said, it was a reminder for the appointment.The day of the appointment I showed up to the clinic and was told that my appointment was cancelled and that they had left a voicemail cancelling my appointment. I told the receptionist that that did not make sense because why would they call to cancel my appointment but send a reminder message the NEXT day for the same appointment. She said the message was a "reminder" but not a "confirmation". I asked her if I could book another appointment and she said it would be too far away, and that she would prefer to keep me on her waitlist to try and book me in sooner. I was a little annoyed but stayed cordial and tried to work with the situation so I agreed.Well its been 3 weeks since the appointment date and about two months from the day I booked the appointment and they never called me back.I understand I should have listened to the entirety of the phone call - although that still would have caused confusion. However, there is clearly a lack of communcation and cohesiveness here. I am almost more upset about not ever being contacted again for an appointment than by the cancellation itself.Dont send reminder messages for appointments that do not exist and dont leave people hanging on health related issues, if you dont have the capability of taking on new clients dont waste people's time.

My first visit and a great experience. The Marleau team was very courteous and professional. I had a deep cavity underneath a defective filling near a tooth nerve. They were able to save my tooth and I didn't feel any pain while they were drilling the tooth. They also removed all of the tartar buildup, which apparently was not removed during my previous deep cleaning procedure.

Dr. Marleau and his team have been my Dentist/Hygienists/Dental Techs for the last 40 years. Great Professional, Friendly & Courteous Team with all the state-of-the-art equipment. It is readily evident that he loves his work and inspires his staff. Would recommend them to anyone.

Called Dr. Genereux's team on the phone for an appointment as a new client and the receptionist had a very unpleasant tone. It's almost like they didn't want my business. At least she was helpful but not very nice.
