I have been a loyal patient at your practice and have always had positive experiences with the team. Marlina at the front desk is efficient and welcoming, Dr. Sanger is highly knowledgeable and personable, and I recently had the pleasure of meeting a new dentist who was incredibly attentive and kind. However, my recent cleaning appointment with a new dental hygienist, Eric, was disappointing and, frankly, distressing. From the start, he informed me I was his last patient, and it seemed his focus was more on finishing quickly than on providing quality care. Throughout the appointment, he appeared rushed, frequently checked his phone, and seemed inattentive, as if he was more concerned with the clock than my comfort. The cleaning itself was uncomfortable and, in my opinion, inadequate. Eric was aggressive both in tone and technique. I felt dismissed when I pointed out areas that seemed missed, only to be told repeatedly that my discomfort was “in my gums.” Ultimately, I left the appointment feeling unheard and belittled, which is unacceptable in any healthcare setting. To add to my concerns, I experienced considerable bleeding during the cleaning—something I’ve never encountered before at your office. The level of care I experienced did not meet the standard I’ve come to expect from your practice. I feel compelled to share this feedback not only with your office but also with the dental board, as I believe this individual may require further training. I hope that future visits can restore my trust in your practice, and I thank you for taking the time to address my concerns.

Although the people who work there are very nice, the 4 times I’ve gone in for a teeth cleaning, I’ve NEVER had the same person twice. They are always temps or once I got the dentist. Have never seen any of them again. This time I scheduled a Saturday 9:00 am appointment as I had a busy day. By 9:30 I asked what the problem was. Receptionist said it was a difficult extraction and were running late. Again, no hygienist so she said dentist was going to do it! Cancelled my appointment and don’t know if I’ll return.

It’s unfortunate I did not research Marina Dentistry enough before committing for them to work on my teeth. I would definitely recommend going somewhere else or get a second opinion from a different Dental Clinic. Here is what they do: they scam you into doing all this work in your mouth and say they will get you a loan approve to pay. The scam is that your decision will be impulsive, because once you have a loan you will do the work. They recommended for me to have two crowns on back molars and they both came off in less than 7 months. I wish I would have gone to a different dentist office to get a second opinion. Because, I know I didn’t need crowns, only a filling. What left me in a state of depression now, is that dentist recommended me to put veneers on my two front tooth, because they were chipped instead of recommending me to do composite bonding. My teeth are now deformed, because they preferred to get more money from veneers than the cheaper and better option for me, which was composite bonding. I trusted the dentist and I am telling you should NOT. They scam me to do this work in my month. I should have saved my money. After spending $7,000 for the procedure out of pocket (predatory loan by the way) and now I am having to go to another dentist so they can fix what Marina Dentistry did, because I don’t trust them to do anything. I used to love smiling. Not anymore. I am self conscious when I smile now, because the veneers look fake and the color is off from the rest of my teeth. I will forever regret stepping foot into Marina Dentistry. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. They have fake reviews. Read the negative reviews first!

Had my teeth “cleaned” two days ago and the quotes are intentional. I don’t remember the name or the woman, but she talks a lot. But what comes to cleaning… there was no system, she went back and forth with the same tools several times, she didn’t floss at the end. And frankly I left as I came, i think I clean my teeth better myself at home. Also, she didn’t even look in my mouth while still doing something in there, that’s just unprofessional. The last time there was another woman, and she deed a great job, very detailed cleaning.

I have never had a root canal before, and truth be told I was very nervous. Dr.Aljanedi had excellent bed side manner, made me very comfortable, and it was a painless procedure. I am very pleased and pleasantly surprised! And the reception staff is great 😁

The dentist who does root canals wasn't there the day I was scheduled. I was scheduled specifically on a certain day that the dentist was supposed to be there, so I wasn't able to get my root canal. Another dentist filled it temporarily, but I now have to come back to get the root canal done. So far not a great start as a new patient. I feel like it's unprofessional for the dentist who was supposed to be there to do my root canal didn't show up.
