Receptionist named Cindy behaves really weird and perhaps incompetent. She lies about available dates. She'll say the next available cleaning appoitment date is so-so date or in 5-6 months away. Call back few minutes or hours later, her answer differs.I was informed by an employee of this clinic of them being short-stafffed for years. Their appoittment-calendar seems to be open only few weeks at a time.I feel like they may have high turnovers of employees because whenever I ask for my previous Hygienist or receptionist, they have already quit. Unfortunately, it's so difficult to get appointments and whoever picks up the phone nowadays keep putting calls on hold for a long period of time, clerk often very rude and not confident at all what she's doing.Dr Ronald Maple's wife also works in this clinic as a receptionist. She's normally the one who cancels and re-schedules appointments that were incorrectly set up by another employee.Dr Ronald Maple is a friendly guy, and I believe one that is competent in what he does. I cannot say the same thing about his employees. It's rather annoying to deal with employees behaving appallingly just to get out of helping people in making appointments.
