Los Alamitos Endodontics

I unexpectedly had to have a root canal and was so pleasantly surprised by my experience with Dr Polk and his team at Los Alamitos Endodontics. Do not look anywhere else, this is the care you need. I was at my Dentist on Monday after having severe tooth pain over the weekend…only to find out that I needed a root canal. My Dentist sent me to the Los Alamitos Endodontics office saying he trusts them absolutely and that I would be well taken care of. I was able to secure a walk in appointment with the help of the wonderful front office staff member Kayna. She made the process easy and assisted me when the check in tablet malfunctioned. I was also impressed by her graciousness and patience in her treatment of an older gentleman who needed help checking in via technology. I was shortly guided to the back by Jasmine who took me through the imaging process and talked me through the assessment and findings step by step (she is so very nice and friendly). The back can be a little chilly so dress in layers but do not fear they offer blankets for your comfort. Dr Polk was amazing… knowledgeable, efficient, and personable. He answered all my questions, helped me set realistic expectations for post procedure, and had me out very quickly. Then Kate in the office call in my prescription on my way out. Thank you so much Los Alamitos Endodontics! After hearing horror stories of what a root canal could be, I am so grateful for the care I received and how smoothly your office runs.

Dr. Polk and Jasmine are so awesome! I highly recommend them to anyone needing a root canal. I was in an out in an hour! They were very nice and calm and made me feel completely comfortable. The entire office runs really well and efficient. I am dentist phobic so this procedure was a big deal for me!

I was referred to Dr Polk at Los Alamitos Endodontics for a suspected root canal. It was a Friday afternoon with pain in my mouth when I called and was surprised to find I could go in that afternoon. They verified that I needed a root canal and were able to do it right then. I can't tell you how professional they were and how comfortable the procedure was. I was out of the office in no time, and except for a little tenderness in my jaw ( I had to keep my mouth open), I have been totally without pain since. I totally recommend Dr Polk and his assistand Bianca for a job well done. Lee K.

Jasmin and Dr Polk were super nice and compassionate. I am terrified of going to the dentist and of needles. However l, they took excellent care of me and made sure I was comfortable and safe the entire time.

I cannot say enough good things about this endodontics office! I arrived on Friday morning in excruciating pain after my dentist contacted them with all my information. By the time I got there, they were ready and waiting for me—they had everything prepared and wasted no time. They performed the necessary tests, confirmed I needed a root canal, and just two hours later, I was receiving the treatment I desperately needed. A special shoutout to Bianca, the assistant who took care of me—she was incredibly sweet and empathetic, which made a huge difference during such a stressful moment. Her kindness and professionalism made me feel truly cared for. I also have to rave about Dr. Polk. No matter what the treatment is, one of the most painful parts is usually getting anesthesia. It takes a very patient and skilled hand to push it slowly enough so it doesn’t burn and add to the pain you’re already feeling. Dr. Polk did an outstanding job—so much so that I was completely relaxed and even fell asleep during the procedure! The entire team was efficient, compassionate, and highly skilled. I’m so grateful for their quick response and exceptional care. I highly recommend this office to anyone in need of endodontic treatment!
