Dr. Rami is the most amazing dentist I’ve ever been to! Ive had nothing but bad luck with my teeth and my dentists until my co-worker recommended him to me. I have nothing but good things to say about him and Monica both. The entire staff is extremely nice but Dr Rami and Monica are funny and friendly and have done a great job fixing my front two teeth. My teeth have never looked this good and i cannot thank him and the rest of the office enough! Truly the best.

I have been scolded ... yelled at for crying during a cleaning session because I have anxiety and my teeth are that bad that they hurt to the touch. Yes I'm getting dentures which is what we were planning on doing but when I kept calling after the new year like he told me to do he wouldn't answer or call back. He's the most unpleasant unprofessional man I've ever met. He scolded me for crying to his hygienist when she was about to clean my teeth she numbed my whole mouth first but I still had a panic attack while she was doing it. Back story is all my teeth need to come out so yeah after the cleaning he told me to call him last January. He's never responded to me since. He's told me " I don't need you , and you will never put my staff in that position again" I told him I have extreme anxiety. And I didn't have my medication and I was sorry but I couldn't help it. He had no empathy. He's bragged about himself and Put me down. Don't go here. Huge waste of time and money You'll thank me later

I continue to be impressed with the quality of service at this office, whether it's a crown or simply cleaning. Dr. Rami Essak and staff are very knowledgeable and personable and make you feel comfortable with whatever procedure you're there for. As a heart patient anticipating surgery in the near future, I was able to get my dental needs taken care of promptly. I especially appreciate Dr. Essak taking time to explain the impact of heart surgery on preparation for and timing of future appointments.
