Little Pearls Introduce
Considering Little Pearls, a pediatric Dental Clinic located at 604 W McGraw St in Seattle, Washington, in the Magnolia neighborhood? Patient reviews present a mixed picture of the services and operational efficiency of this clinic.
One parent described their experience as "absolutely unacceptable" due to a complete "lack of communication." They had scheduled an appointment for their child, taking time off work, only to arrive and discover it had been cancelled without any prior notification via phone call, text, or email, despite even receiving a voicemail confirming the appointment. This resulted in wasted time and unnecessary travel across town. When confronting the staff, the parent found them "dismissive" and showing "zero consideration," stating they were "not interested in arguing or confirming their cancellation policy." This reviewer strongly advises other parents to avoid Little Pearls due to their disregard for patients' time and poor communication.
In contrast, another long-term patient who uses Medicaid for routine dental cleanings in the Queen Anne area offered a more nuanced perspective. They noted that the staff has "always been great with the kids" and that "procedures are generally pretty swift." However, they highlighted significant cons related to scheduling, with appointments often being "canceled & rescheduled just a couple of days before the original time." They also mentioned that the shared phone support across multiple locations can make it "hard to get an immediate answer without a call-back," and that the Queen Anne office recently "moved with almost no notice." This reviewer suggests that while Little Pearls offers "great service once you're in the building" and is a "fine option for routine Medicaid dental cleanings" and young children, those paying cash with older kids might want to seek a different dentist to avoid the "scheduling hassles."
Based on these reviews, Little Pearls appears to have friendly staff who are good with children and provide swift procedures, particularly for routine cleanings. However, significant concerns exist regarding communication about appointment cancellations, the frequency of last-minute rescheduling, potentially inefficient phone support due to shared resources, and inadequate notification of office moves. While it may be a suitable option for families using Medicaid or those with very young children who prioritize in-person service over scheduling reliability and communication, other local users might want to weigh these factors carefully. No information regarding the clinic's environment beyond being a dental office or any promotional offers was available in the provided reviews.

Little Pearls Reviews
My 6 year old needed 2 cavities filled. I haven't had this done with a kid before, so I didn't know what to ask or expect. My child began panicking when they put the gas on the nose. Then the drilling started and there was full on screaming and terror. The dentist and assistant just kept looking at me and sighing, like somehow I did something wrong, and supposed to do something about it. They said it will "only be 5 minutes" and then maybe wanted me to hold my child down while they drilled? It was literally 20 minutes of screaming from my child, and sighing and disappointment from the dentist. My child is now terrified of the dentist, not surprisingly.I asked the dentist to refer us to somewhere that will do sedation or anesthesia to treat the other cavities, and we got an email from him telling us what a horrible idea that was, but listed some numbers. We tried to get records sent to the new place, and even after calling to request records SIX TIMES I could NOT get them to send them. I am not exaggerating. Thankfully on one of the times they called me to schedule the next visit I begged the person (Caitlynn?) to send the records, and ask whether I needed to get an attorney or what the next steps were she was able to get them sent. She was very helpful and looked into it for me.
