Very nice workers! Have gone here for 15 years and it is such a good dentist especially for young kids

This practice has caused my son to be absolutely terrified of the dentist. First off, my son has a bad gag reflex and the when I wasn’t with him during the xray the tech hurt him to get the xray. He cried anytime he saw her or walked into the building. My son was terrified and maybe in pain during a crown procedure. He was bawling, gagging and throwing up during the procedure. The dentist asked me more than once did I “want to stop”. I said “yes” after she asked me a few times. So, the tooth was left half done until I could get an appointment at a surgery center. The surgery center had to pull the whole tooth. If I had known what would have happened I would have made a different decision or asked more questions. There must be a sealant that could have been put on or something? I was given zero information on how to care for the partially drilled out tooth. I think I’m going to have to get counseling for my son because it was that traumatic. He had to have a partially drilled tooth for 7 days. He’s 5. How do I explain that kind of pain. They could have at least written me a prescription for an antibiotic. He ended up being very sick with fever from infection. I caution anyone who goes to this place for actual procedures. It’s not their fault how my son reacted, but there should have been steps following the partially done tooth to ensure my son’s health. I’m not a dentist and I don’t know the implications of a partially drilled tooth. The dentist was almost rude about a kindergartners reaction to something very scary. She said she offered sedation at the last appointment, but that was not offered because I would have absolutely done that. Laughing gas is no where near enough for the complexity of the procedure he needed. I can’t speak for how they are at cleaning the teeth because we went elsewhere for that. Also the front staff aren’t the nicest. I waited more than 30 mins everytime I was there. I was late due to a tree blocking my neighborhood exit and was 10-15 mins late once. they told me I’d have to reschedule the procedure my son was having. I made her go speak to the dentist because that’s ridiculous when I’m always waiting. I get it, things go wrong and the dentist needs more time with another patient. I’m fine with that, but making me reschedule when I’m a few minutes late seems crazy.

Just go somewhere else. Front desk staff is extremely unprofessional. I was left waiting for my son's appointment for almost an hour. At the 45 minute mark I asked the staff how much longer it would be and they could not give me a straight answer, so I went back up after another 15 minutes and asked for the office manager. The office manager's response was " You have already been given all of the information about your appointment that you need" she was so rude that my 8 year old son said "why is she taking to you like that". They could be a great office but seems like they need some training classes.

I highly recommend Little Peaches. Dr. Caswell and staff are simply amazing and highly skilled! It’s a kid-friendly environment, comfortable, and safe. My children aren’t afraid to go to the dentist. Dr. Caswell genuinely cares about her patients and their smiles. Keep up the great work!!!

After the worst pediatric dentistry experience of our lives at Dentistry for Children in PTC I vowed to never return there and sought a more private practice. I couldn’t have been happier with stumbling upon Little Peaches. The staff was happy, kind, and patient - exactly what you need when working in the pediatrics world. As a pediatrician myself, I am especially choosey about where I take my kids and I am thrilled to have found this place. I would highly recommend them to anybody in need of a new peds dentistry home.
