Zero concern for a client's financial situations! I simply asked that only services that will be covered under our insurance be performed. The response was "well we are taking a lot of pictures today, so I don't know," as she tries to shove the x-ray pieces in my mouth. So, at this point, I told her to stop to confirm coverage, then she told me to leave instead of simply asking their billing to confirm as it seemed clear this request was below her to complete! I have confirmed that ALL would have been covered if they had simply been willing to do their job, or at very least, provide the customer with an estimate of possible charges! (Per their contract terms and conditions) Pour customer service and pour service regarding billing

I was very happy with my experience here! My hygienist, Jen, made me feel really nice and comfortable. She was also very informative with telling me of what was going on with my teeth. Overall, I had a very good experience there and with everyone that helped me!

i was able to get an appt when my usual dentist couldn't get me in bc of the holidays. Everyone was kind and nice, their office is so organized, no unnecessary x-rays, just helped me come up with a plan to fix my tooth and relieve my pain. I'm a bigger person and people can be mean bc of that, this place was so sweet to me.

This was my first time at this office, but not my first time seeing Dr. Johnson. I was a patient of Dr. Johnson at Smiles For Life. When I found out, Dr. Johnson was no longer at his old office I had to track him down to find his new office. I highly recommend him and his office staff they were all extremely nice. They went above and beyond for me. Dr. Johnson is very caring and compassionate! I was able to get right in For a dental cleaning and the next day he started doing work.
