I have been taking my children to Kool Koala for over 10 yrs now and I will NEVER take my children back there. The staff at the front and over the phone are rude. They have an “I don’t care” attitude and they act as if you are bothering them. The dentist was rude and did not communicate with me the treatment plan for my child. They sent her out to the waiting room and never asked to speak with me. I asked for my daughter’s records to be sent to her new dentist and they sent not one x-ray claiming to have none for her but she has been to no other dentist. I am beyond disappointed and Dr Ballard really needs to give his staff a class on professionalism and patient care. These people should not be working in the medical field.

My 15 year old has been going since he was alil kid as well as my 7 and 4 year old. The best dentist ever I would not trade this dentist office to Go anywhere else. Always had a wonderful experience never had anyone treat me or my kids rude. I just love this dentist for my children 10/10 my kids are always complimenting how comfortable they were with everything. My daughter got her 4 teeth capped and teeth pulled as I got to sit in the room with her she was very comfortable and didn’t care I was there ? like I said 10/10 The pictures are all my children the lil kid in black is now 15 and won’t take another picture with the koala lol

I have not had a problem with this dentist office up until now. My kids have been seeing Dr.D and he is always so friendly and makes the kids feel comfortable, he has always allowed me to accompany my chidren with any procedures they may have needed even routine cleanings. On 7/3/24 I wasn’t aware that I would be seen by a different dr. By the name Dr. Ryan. It was no issue until I was told she wouldn’t allow me to accompany my 5 year old who has never had dental work done. It’s apparently the “policy” but if the dentist allows you to accompany your child you can. The dental assistant was nasty and showed no compassion. She was very sarcastic and rude as well. There was zero empathy or compassion for my nervous 5 year old who did not want to be left alone. My 5 year old really needed her fillings done due to some discomfort, it now had to be pushed back further until we are able to see Dr.D, who is leaving the practice and starting his own private practice. Which I will be following. The office manager Tiffany was very sweet and showed empathy to my concerns and why I didn’t feel comfortable leaving my scared child alone in a room with strangers. Parents ask questions before booking an appointment here. I will not be returning to Kool Koala. If I could give 0 stars I would. 0/10 do not recommend at all.

We’ve been coming to Kool Koala for over three years now. When my daughter was 2, they were very empathetic and compassionate in her care when she got procedure done for caps. We’ve seen multiple dentists there and each has been great with us. We just went for a routine cleaning this week and I was kind of taken back by how many times prior they texted or called us to confirm her appointment. Even with my instant reply that Yes we would be coming, they must have asked for confirmation at least 10 times. Waiting room could use a spruce up since it’s getting handled by so many kids but we were in and out in now time. And that’s not a complaint, the hygenist and dentist both were through and sought to us for any questions or concerns. We will continue to go to this dentist practice even with it being about an hour away. For us and our children’s wellbeing it is worth the drive.

I have never had a office manager be so rude and unprofessional. She wouldn't let me get out the questions I had before answering. Her tone and voice was completely condensing. I ended up asking for Leah, the young woman who was amazing and had incredible customers service and had called me earlier that morning. When Tiffany went to get her the phone "hung up". I called back and was another young lady put me on hold. 7 minutes later I hung up and called back. Tiffany picked up laughing. I asked to talked to Leah again and to talk to a manager bc I did not like the way the situation was being handled. Tiffany hung up on me again. When I called back the conversation was not good and she went back and forth with me. Not an ounce of professionalism came out her mouth. Everyone but her was at lunch now, magically. We all know it's a big difference in hold and hung up. She literally said i was on hold and agrued me down. My call log wont lie. Im hoping Leah calls back and the Damon( hopefully I spelled it right) also calls me back. He is Tiffany's manager. All the years coming here and this is by far the worst interaction from a medical office I have had. After looking at the reviews it looks like being rude had become the normal over the last few months.
