Great experience at Kk Dental No Brunswick, The front desk Heather and July were very professional, the dental assistant’s were very friendly. The doctor was great, went over everything while doing the procedure. Would come back again and I’m bringing my family too.

The office is terribly organized. I had an appointment for Sunday at 8 AM. After getting into the chair and having a bib put on, the young lady from the front desk came back and informed me that they had stopped working with Blue Cross insurance in January. Wouldn’t you tell someone that when making the appointment, verifying my insurance, or even when calling two days before to confirm the appointment? The new renovation won’t disguise a poorly run operation. I took time out of my morning, preparing to be away from my kids for a few hours, and their answer was, “Sorry, you can pay out of network if you want.”

l am so happy and feel so good from hygienist Nadia with her professionalism, caring, respectful, humble, loving, dedicated and every single quality that she showed during my deep cleaning task; I am highly recommending the management to keep her for the good dental services to humanity including myself ????!!!

I had such an amazing experience. The front desk staff, dental assistants and everyone I encountered was kind, helpful and very accommodating. The dentist that did my extractions and bone grafts was phenomenal. He was phenomenal bedside manner. He was gentle, patient, friendly and explained every step of the process. I was very nervous but he made me feel very at ease. Dr. George was the absolute best Dentist I have ever been too!

The worst type of humans. I had been in pain for weeks and I knew I needed 2 extractions. First, they did not want to do it because of my phobia but I was in so much pain I was willing to brave the procedure. After waiting for 2 hours, I was brought in the back and shown a balance of almost $3000. I told the employee that I only want the extractions. She tried to tell me why it was so important to get the bone graft, etc. I told her again...I am in a lot of pain. I only want the extractions. She came back with a bill over $1000. Once again, I told her what I was there for. Finally, a bill for $465. I have insurance and the extractions OOP should have been $80. They charged me almost $400 for medicinal irrigation...basically spraying a damn antibiotic. I was on antibiotics for 3 weeks, I did not need it but of course it was mandatory with the extractions. I wanted to decline but as I sat there crying due to the pain, I was disgusted at how they take advantage of someone's desperation. Disgusting. They did nothing to calm me despite knowing about my phobia and seeing me visibly upset. Instead, they blasted music and talked and laughed loudly over me while I was in tears. I feel taken advantage of and if I weren't in so much pain they would have never gotten a dime from me. Scammers and Greedy. He put a lot of pressure on the tooth before the extraction and now it is causing me pain when I didn't have a problem with it before. On top of that, the stiches did not dissolve, instead they fell out and I have no idea what I'm going to end up with. In too much pain to even look right now!
