Our kitchen problem was multi-faceted: We were moving into a co-op in Bay Ridge that had a small, old kitchen that we gutted. We needed a design for a complete new kitchen, with walls and flooring removed, doorways re-configured, and new everything, asap, since we were living there during construction. Fabio took the time to design a complete new kitchen, utilizing every inch for maximum efficiency, and making modifications as construction progressed. He was polite, respectful of our needs, and totally professional. He prioritized our order, and we received delivery in record time. Fabio was with us every step, and, unlike many in his industry, was always available for discussion or to answer questions about delivery time, changes, or anything else we needed. The construction industry would do well to make a model of Fabio's approach to customer satisfaction. In the end, our small kitchen is a marvel of functionality and beauty. Many thanks to a true professional!!

This is my second fabulous kitchen designed and installed by Kitchens n' Things. This one was done under the difficult conditions of a pandemic, material shortages, and prices spiraling upward daily. And the work was done in a multi-family co-op building, which brings with it a whole separate set of challenges. As always, Fabio, Sal and their whole crew did honest, professional, careful, detailed work, on time and in budget. Add to that the fact that Fabio went above and beyond to help me solve a problem in an area other than the kitchen, that the General Contractor caused but refused to help me solve, and I just could not ask for better service. I highly recommend them.

My husband and I purchased a home that needed to be completely remolded. We spoke with a few contractors, but were not very happy with them for different reasons. However, after meeting Fabio at Kitchens N Things, we felt confident that they could get the job done and that they understood our vision. Choosing Kitchens N Things was the best decision we made, they are professional, knowledgeable, timely, and they use quality materials. We never had any problems while they were on the job. They have a store front, they are up front with you about any problems and cost. They also guarantee their work so if for whatever reasons you have any problems after the job is finished they will fix it. They finished within their timeline and it was not rushed. Everything came out perfect, it was more then we could have hoped for. We had such a great experience working with them and we love our home!!!! If you need work done you need to set up an appointment with Kitchens n things and see for yourself. You will not be disappointed.
