Kiddsmiles Pediatric Dentistry - Merrick

This is my daughter's first time having a dental appointment and it was an emergency appointment for a tooth extraction. All the staff that attended to us, starting with the receptionist and ending with the doctor, were incredible. Extremely friendly and assertive in their work. We are a little far from the clinic, but it is definitely worth coming from far away to receive the excellent service they provide here. 100% satisfied.

Our first visit was amazing. They made my children feel very safe. My 3 year old doesn’t trust so easily but the dentist made him comfortable and he sat all by himself. As a parent we try to keep our children safe and we want to feel safe and heard as well. I’ve taken my children to different doctors that did not make me feel good at all. Thank you so much for that wonderful experience!

Today was my brother’s first time at Kiddsmiles and he loved it. We recently switched his dentist so my mother was very pleased and relieved. The environment is welcoming. Thank you to the front desk for making my mother feel confident that she made the right choice in choosing this pediatric dentist for my brother

My 2 year old fell and cracked her 2 front teeth and they were able to get her scheduled for an emergency visit. She didn’t tolerate the x-ray but the dentist was so patient and provided clear information about signs for infection and caring for my toddlers teeth. We went back for her first cleaning and it was great! The hygienist taught us a method to hold her for her cleaning and all went well! The office decor is so adorable and a great distraction for my little one. Would highly recommend!

I think the dentist and hygienist are great, my son seemed to feel comfortable there. However, we arrived 5 minutes late to the appointment due to traffic from a car accident and I was then told they don’t think they can take my son now. I can understand if I was a half hour late ect but I was only 5 minutes after the appt time. For this reason I do not want to take my son back there I think that is unprofessional and not a way to run a business. I’ve actually never experienced such a think at any doctor or dentist office. I would perhaps recommend changing such a strict policy or else your going to lose a lot of good customers.
