JSA Dental Care

I absolutely love this dentist. They have been amazing. If you are looking for an affordable dentist. That is gentle, understanding and just all around wonderful they are the ones to go to. I’ve already referred several friends to them that also adore them.

I highly recommend JSA Dental. The staff is amazing especially Anna. From day 1 she always made me feel welcome. Dr. Adkins is awesome, she is very kind and she makes sure I was during fine through my procedure. Thank you.

I love this place. The employees are so nice. They show concern for your wellbeing. Amanda, Amber, and Michelle are great as well as all the others. So many great people work there. And I love Dr. Adkins. She is great.

They dropped me as a patient because I told my honest opinion they aren't mindful of anyone time and definitely not professional. Clearly, I dosent understand hospitality from a professional standpoint. Someone who came in after my mother passed with grief on my heart, they somehow made it about them after me explaining what's been going on after having braces taken off.

I had them run my insurance to see if I was in network before my appointment. I verified with them twice that they called my insurance and that I was in network to pay 100%. They sent me a bill and when I called about it, Amanda was reluctant to let me talk to billing. Christen kept telling me they did call insurance and that insurance said they would pay but they just didn’t pay. She said I needed to take it up with insurance. So I called my insurance and guess what? Insurance stated they didn’t get a predetermination or a call from them. I called JSA dental back to discuss and Christen so kindly let me know that they can’t do anything despite lying to me and that I need to pay before they send me to collections.
