Everyone I’ve met here is so kind and personable! I haven’t met Dr. Wasniewski but Dr. Sikka is wonderful! She gives lots of reassurance, always asks if I’m comfortable, and answers any questions I may have. This is the only dentist office I’ve been to in Delaware and I don’t plan on going anywhere else!
Extremely rude staff. I have always had amazing experiences with the doctor well I called explained one I needed a cleaning and two I needed a filing I had severe pain from a new cavity she scheduled me for both then once I called today I was told I wasn’t on schedule for cleaning then transferred to girl who scheduled me who then said I said I had gum bleeding which I never said and that can be heard on the phone call. She said she must have misunderstood me and there was nothing they could do. No type of sorry or anything at all. I asked to speak to someone else then she gave me over to someone who said she was the supervisor who clearly has no experience with people at all again she never apologized she said that I could keep my Monday pain in tooth appointment but I was never scheduled for a cleaning or cavity filing. This dentist who is a man has been one of the best I ever seen accommodate someone who is actually terrified of dentist and his work is amazing but the staff is awful and the supervisor. When In the wrong you apologize and try to make things right. They did none of the above. The office manager is letting her tittle get to her a little too much and it’s clear she can’t be personal nor communicate even after staff member at desk who scheduled me clearly said right in front of her and other girls in the back it was a miscommunication on her end she must have not heard me fully. People can stick together but work is work and wrong is wrong and this was awful. I travel almost a hour to this dentist literally because not them but he is the best in Delaware in my opinion but they are awful staff at the desk and not at all up to par with his standards of his caring ways. They made a mistake they didn’t apologize or try to fix it to her (the office manager or supervisor) there was nothing she could do and would do to accommodate. I will be following up now with someone higher up as this experience this morning was the worst by far with customer service and helping with a problem they created and didn’t want to fix or even say sorry to.
Went in for a cosmetic veneer. Dentist sanded down the wrong tooth and laughed it off. I did not realize what a big deal this was. I called 3 times before I was permitted to return. Dentist then slapped on a horrible patch, too late for me as the tooth is dead. The tooth that was completely fine and beautiful before I visited. During both procedures he looked for advice and reassurance from his assistants. When I called again to beg him to do something about the tooth he killed, he brought me in to sit me in the chair and berate me. I was the only patient there and felt incredibly uncomfortable. It was the most unprofessional experience I have ever had at a dentist. The waiting room is always empty for a reason.
ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. Their office canceled my daughter's appointment because I did not reply to their automated text message, I did not have my phone as it was damaged and I was waiting on the new one to arrive. When I asked why they didn't call my office when they didn't reach me on my cell, they lied and said she saw a note stating "left message at Mom's job" IMPOSSIBLE. My assistant answers our phone and she does not take messages, she puts them through to our voicemail which then goes to our emails and our cell phones. THEN because I have a small balance on the account of a whopping $90 something, they would not allow me to reschedule her appointment. My daughter's insurance is through my ex who lives outside of the state and we do not associate with him, so learning how is insurance works has been a challenge. Not to mention the office staff are very snobby and are horrible to work with. HOWEVER, the hygienists they have, I will say are wonderful. Would not return even if the services were free!!!
I’ve been going to this office for a few years and they are Great! It’s easy to schedule- they send you a text to remind you and when you get there they seem as though they are genuinely glad to see you. Danielle does an outstanding job and she’s very encouraging even if you haven’t done your best taking care of your teeth. Dr. Wasniewski is awesome- I really appreciate that he does a thorough exam but doesn’t necessarily find an issue that needs immediate attention every time I visit— which has been my experience with some dentists in the past. I feel like this office is a really good fit for me and my family :)
