Different members of the Jenkins team from different locations provide different answers, and if you need to get in touch with billing directly, good luck. I've been able to speak to someone one or maybe twice in the years my daughter has been attending this practice. I honestly don't know what to do because I don't feel comfortable paying bills when I'm not even provided with records. If someone from Jenkin's reads this, I'd really appreciate a call back. Also I've called twice to cancel future appointments and have transferred my daughter to another practice- why then did I get more texts notifying me of another appointment? My recommendation? So kind, kid friendly, and quick! We love this location because of the staff. Everyone is so child focused and helpful. I personally love the Starbucks coffee they have available, the movie distraction for the kids during the appointments, games and coloring options in the waiting room, and an overall peaceful atmosphere. Highly recommend Dr. Guo if you have a nervous kid. She’s funny, gentle, and a great story teller to keep their minds at ease!

My daughter had to get a filling and she was very nervous about it. The doctor did a great job of distracting her and being patient and gentle. We have had negative dentist experiences in the past and this has been the BEST experience thus far! So grateful for the whole team!
